The tour that never happened for me - This tour never happened for me. The tour guide never showed up at the agreed time and at the booked pick up place. They never messaged either. Apparently they didn't see my booking on their system. I am now waiting for a full refund. Unfortunately I could not reschedule as I am leaving Beijing shortly. I guess, be aware that not all booked tours will actually happen in China. This is my third booking that did not eventuate as advertised. Two other ones I was at least contacted in time so I could rebook something else. So be aware that not all that is advertised will actually be what you will do or see.
