Holland at its best - If you ever plan on visiting Holland, then you should definitely see the mighty Dutch windmills. They are a UNESCO World Heritage and a MUST SEE for anyone. We visited on a clear and windy day and saw the windmills in action. It was only a short distance by foot to visit the next windmill, leading through a bush of reeds that rustled in the wind. It was absolutely magnificent to visit the area, and absolutely free of charge. 😉 Our tour guide Remco also took us to a cheese farm where we bought all kinds cheeses as gifts for our friends and family back home. Best of all, we could try and eat as much as we wanted, FOR FREE. Many thanks to Remco our excellent tour guide, we really enjoyed it.
