• Gizeh Plateau - Begins at 8:00 am with a pickup from your hotel in Cairo/Giza by a tour guide. Start your full-day tour visiting the Giza Pyramids, including the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. Then, visit the Valley Temple where the priests mummified King Chephren’s body. You’ll also get a close-up view of The Sphinx.
• Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu) - Khufu’s pyramid complex includes a valley temple, now buried beneath the village of Nazlet el-Samman. Diabase paving and nummulitic limestone walls have been found, but the site remains unexcavated. The valley temple was connected to a causeway, largely destroyed during the village’s construction.
• Khafre’s Pyramid - Khafre’s pyramid complex features a valley temple, the Sphinx temple, a causeway, a mortuary temple, and the king’s pyramid. The valley temple yielded several statues of Khafre, discovered in a well in the temple floor by Mariette in 1860 and during later excavations by Sieglin (1909–10), Junker, and Reisner.
• Menkaure Pyramid - Menkaure’s pyramid complex includes a valley temple, a causeway, a mortuary temple, and the king’s pyramid. The valley temple once housed several statues of Menkaure. During the 5th Dynasty, a smaller ante-temple was added to the valley temple. The mortuary temple also revealed several statues of Menkaure.
• Great Sphinx - The Sphinx, the legendary guardian with a lion’s body and the head of King Chephren, stands by the vast funeral complex. (2:30 hrs spent)

• Statue of Ramses II - The Statue of Ramesses II is a 3,200-year-old figure depicting him standing. Discovered in 1820 by Giovanni Battista Caviglia at the Great Temple of Ptah near Memphis, Egypt, it is made of limestone and weighs 83 tons. This statue was built to celebrate the victory over the Hittites in the Battle of Kadesh in 1274 B.C.
• Dahshur lake - Visit the Dahshur Pyramids (Bent and Red Pyramids). The Dahshur area is a royal necropolis in the desert on the west bank of the Nile, about 40 kilometers (25 mi) south of Cairo. It is known for several pyramids, two of which are among the oldest, largest, and best-preserved in Egypt, built from 2613–2589 BCE. (1 hr spent)
• Pyramid of Unas - The Pyramid of Unas is a remarkable ancient structure in Saqqara, Egypt. Built as a tomb for Pharaoh Unas, it is one of the oldest and best-preserved examples of pyramid architecture. This monument is a testament to the ingenuity and skill of ancient Egyptian builders and stands as a lasting tribute to the power and influence of the pharaohs.
• Pyramid of Teti - The Pyramid of Teti, located in Saqqara, Egypt, is an ancient structure built as the final resting place for Pharaoh Teti. • Mastaba of Ti - The Mastaba of Ti is one of the most important archaeological sites in Saqqara. Discovered by Auguste Mariette, the mastaba contains two serdabs. The tomb walls depict various scenes of everyday life.
