Perfect experience with Rah Tours - We went as a family. The guide, Bilal, picked us up at the hotel on time and showed us around the area and gave us information during the drive. He was always friendly and answered all our questions. The organisation went smoothly. We were kindly guided through the day and taken back to the meeting point. All in all we were very happy with Rah Tours and would highly recommend them. Thanks again to Rah Tours for this great memory!

A full day tour with fantastic service and knowledgable host. Highly recommended. - There were seven of us as family members and we wanted to see the Mosque and Mandir. When we saw the price of this tour, it was more economical than just getting taxis to those two sites and back to our hotel. We were all hugely impressed with this tour. It was a full day and we saw so so much. Our guide Husnain was so knowledgeable and I am glad that I chose to sit up front with him as I learned so much about UAE, Abu Dhabi and how the locals lived. The pick up and drop off to our hotel was done very efficiently and I would not hesitate to recommend this tour, or any other services provided by this company, to anyone. Husnain even gave me a cough sweet when he heard me coughing! Next time we are in the UAE, we will be using them without doubt.

Our family of 41 had a wonderful time on this tour, It was reasonably priced & the guide & driver were accommodating. - The knowledge of the guide on the history of the Mosque & Temple, were interesting to everyone in the group.

Fun and educational tour - Extremely fun trip. Our guide was so knowledgeable and he answered every question we had. I love to learn and the tour kind was exceptional! He taugh us Mosque etiquette and even had Clothes that my wife could wear

Warning: Skip this and just do a half day tour to see the mosque!! - Our Driver was very nice, HOWEVER, I would not recommend this tour to anyone. There were 7 of us packed in an SUV/ 4x4 which was not the most comfortable for an hour to and from Abu Dhabi. I should have just booked a half day tour, saw the mosque ( which was our primary goal), and ent back to Dubai to have the rest of the day available to do and see other things. We went to a “museum” and rug shop after the mosque ( no one wanted to buy anything). We also went to heritage village which we could have spent just 15 minutes to see. I was looking forward to going into the palace ( which was supposed to be apart of this tour), but it was closed ! How does the tour operator NOT know that, before collecting our money and taking us on the trip. He tried to take us to the louver museum to spend additional money to buy tickets to enter, which none of us wanted to do. At this point we were tired, disappointed, and just wanted to go home. We asked if we could just get back early, but I think the people at the company advised our driver to keep us out there the whole time. We then went out to Ferrari World where we spent way too much time with nothing to do. We would have just been happy to get back to Dubai early, and maybe even spend some time on the beach or at the pool. We finally left Abu Dhabi ~5:30 in the heart of rush hour and did not get back to my hotel in Dubai until ~7:30!! We could have avoided the traffic if we just would have left When we asked. I had a dinner reservation in Dubai for the evening that I had to cancel because this Abu Dhabi tour was just a way to much. We are only here for a week, so having most of a perfectly good day wasted is not the best use of my vacation time.

Run away from this claimant, horrible experience. - My experience was disastrous, for starters the guide/driver was late which greatly impacted our schedule, I was subjected to racial borderline discrimination at the temple (knowing that I wore a long dress to be able to access the temple and that the guide confirmed that I could access it without problem. Going out of time knowing that we were able to stay there only 20 min (because we lost 30 min to queue at the entrance with the group) and as the guide had delayed the schedule he decided to shorten the visit. I also had to pay a fee of more than 10 Dirham for a skirt I had to put on my dress (like a sari). After I went out and explained my bad experience inside the guide Raja Abdul was also unpleasant with me confirming their words because I site “you are Muslim right? You should cover up like your mother (my mother wears the veil) and wear the veil” I did not come to make this visit to justify my religion. I also advise against as you are very limited levels visits, it was not pleasant but stressful the guide was also disrespectful and unpleasant at times. To top it all off at the end of the day, the guide required the group to write him a positive review forcibly, he himself wrote positive reviews about him, the comments of this claimant are not reliable on TripAdvisor. I personally refused to give him my phone the others were too embarrassed to tell him not knowing that he also had bad exchanges with them during the activity. He also wrote a comment on my mom's cell phone without her consent by creating an account for her while she was in the bathroom. At the mosque we were a group of +40 people and the guide left without me and my mother we spent all afternoon looking for him. Frankly the experience was really disastrous on many other points I strongly advise against.

Unfortunate experience! - Perhaps it was the intense heat, our lack of preparation and information, or that our tour guide was having an off day. Whatever the reason, this tour was horrible. I had been looking forward to visiting the Grand Mosque and considered it a highlight of my visit to Abu Dhabi. Our tour guide was rude, impatient, unengaged, and offensive. He did not provide any direction or guidance. He would literally drive us to a place, tell us what it was, and say he would be back in 20 minutes. He would come into certain spaces and rush folks back onto the van. In a word, terrible! It’s unfortunate that this is the way I will remember my trip to Abu Dhabi.
