Do your research! - Communication and pick up/ drop off service very good however, was disappointed with location, feel like we spent more time looking at buildings than the mangroves. Perhaps our own fault for not doing enough research on location of activity, only spent about 20 minutes inside the actual mangroves. Guide was polite but we had to ask questions, not very forthcoming with information. Overall, we left feeling disappointed, especially for the price, would have been a lot cheaper to get a taxi and do it ourselves

👎🏼 Over expensive to book through Viator. Disappointed. - I found out that we were charged 3x the original price on Viator and messaged 3 times expressing the disappointment and requesting a refund for the difference but no response at all from anyone. I do not recommend anyone booking through viator as it’s a ripoff. Go directly to the website of any experience to book your activity. Or in the case of the kayaking, there was absolutely no need to book in advance as it was available at any point during the day and absolutely no need to arrive earlier than your booking time slot.
