Abu Simbel - The two Temples of Abu Simbel, with their unique style, are considered to be the masterpieces of ancient Egypt.
They reflect the glory and grandeur of the new Kingdom. The Egyptian government and UNESCO decided to co-operate in order to save these temples from the flood. The Temple of Ramses II was dedicated to the four universal gods Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re, and to Ramesses II himself. The great Abu Simbel temple is also called The Sun Temple of Ramses II.The Temple of Queen Nefertari is also Called Temple of Hathor who was the wife of the Sun God so in a symbolic way, the two Temples, that of Ramesses II and that of Nefertari, bring Ramesses II, Nefertari, Hathor and the Sun God together as one. Spend around 3 hours there then take the way back to Aswan

Amazing Private Tour During Abu Simbel Sun Festival! - We were fortunate to be in Abu Simbel to witness the Sun Festival which happens 2x's a year. We attended February 22. It is a rare chance for the phenomenon of solar alignment on the Holy of Holies in the Temple of Ramses II. Our incredible guide, Dr. Ashraf was waiting for us at 1am as we traveled in a 4-hour caravan of people all headed to see the sun god statues of the inner sanctuary, normally shrouded in darkness, illuminated by a beam of sunlight. We arrived before dawn, with enough time to get in line and watch the sun rise and eventually the light into the temple! We were so grateful that Dr. Ashraf was with us to help us navigate the entire day. Everything was timed just perfectly! He taught us so much during our trip and was always accommodating our needs. It was really an incredible experience that we will cherish for a lifetime! Definitely worth adding to your itinerary, even if its not during celebration. Amazing temple, well preserved.

Great experience - Very efficient and honest agency: you can plan your trip easly thanks to a fast and clear communication on whatsapp. They're flexible and keep low prices for what they offers.
The car was new, clean and comforable. The guide was very cultured. They have been also helpful with the communication with hotels and other egyptian people. I recommend them to anyone.

Everything was taken care of - No thoughts required!
We had an awesome time in Egypt last week. We really felt like we were able to see it all! Hany did an awesome job setting us up with knowledgeable tour guides (Fatima and Mohamed) who filled us with information and history on Egypt. All we needed to do was buy plane tickets and EVERYTHING else was handled by the team.
Thank you so much for an unforgettable trip to a beautiful country!

Will always remember Egypt - I will forever remember this trip to Egypt especially the time spend with Shimaa Esmail our guide. She share her knowledge and love of her country with us and her professionalism is undeniably the best I’ve seeing.
She made us feel welcomed and safe whenever we were with her.
I will consider her a friend forever..

Do not miss great chance to feel ancient Egypt - I usually visit places of interest on my own. But not in situations where the historical richness and network of connections won't give you a chance to explore it. We shouldn't leave them known only in a small part. For me, one of such places was Egypt last April, specifically Abu Simbel, Aswan, Luxor area (although I prefer the original name Waset), then Sakkara, Dahshur, Giza and Cairo. If you're a professor of Egyptology or you have 6 months to gain knowledge - OK you' re a lucky guy. I had only 8 days and didn't want to waste even one. Believe me a local guide and as small group as possible is the best solution. Local - it is very important. Guide's plate opens many official places, but real local secrets and tricks are known only to few. A small group (I opted for the smallest - I was alone) is the key to a valuable trip. A private tour is obviously more expensive, but if you really want to learn something, it will be the best used money on your trip. If you just need a photo for social media, it is rather not worth it (unless a photo with Abu Simbel behind your back and without the crowd in the background is a 'must have', there is no choice - you have to buy a private tour ;) ). I've initiated contact with Mohammed Badawy through a recommendation found on a blog (thanks Koen!) few days before my trip. I spent two wonderful, extremely interesting days with Mohammed. He is not an 'ordinary´ tour guide. Contact him if you plan to visit Upper Egypt. You will be more than satisfied, and believe me after your return you will be narrating to your friends and family for weeks what you had seen and had heard.

Don't miss this! - Abu Simbel is jaw dropping. Don't go to Egypt without seeing it! Well worth the drive. The scale is astounding but to know it was moved, along with the hillside, to save it from the flood is mind blowing. My guide Shenouda Habib was a walking encyclopedia and taught me so much.

Beyond my Expectation! - We actually did Aswan, Luxor and Cairo in warp speed of 5 days. The tour company is so good that my 19 year old daughter plans to return next month for another trip! It was literally the best COVID trip one could have made! Such few people - it was like having Egypt to oneself!! The team got pre-travel covid tests - wore their masks all through and had hand sanitizers all the time. I do have to give a special shout-out to Ayman who gave us the tour of Luxor, Aswan and Abu Simbal. He really is very very good. He "got' exactly what we wanted and took us to some super authentic places to eat (super safe/clean - but authentic) -- The Nubian lunch in Aswan was absolutely the best...Please for all you who wish to see Egypt -- use this company!

An Amazing Experience if a lifetime! - This was an amazing trip! We were on a Viking River tour and this excursion was sold out. I heard read about this company and contacted them. Their response was very prompt. They arranged for everything! They picked us up on our ship and took us to the airport. Came inside and got us to our gate. Upon arrival a guide was there to take us to the temples. We then had a private tour. Guides are not allowed inside, however prior to going in we had a talk and we were educated on what we were going to see inside with the help of photos.
Our guide was very knowledgeable!!!!!
After the tour, they took us back to the airport got us to our gate. We were then greeted upon arrival and taken back to our ship!
It was an amazing experience!!i highly recommend this tour company and would absolutely use them again!

Perfect day tour to Abu Simbel - I had a one free day in Luxor and really wanted to reach Abu Simbel. Everybody told me that I am crazy as it is too long distance, but then I contacted Hany's agency and they really did all that they could possibly do to help me reach the temple. Hence, I had a wonderful team of people that arranged for me to reach and enjoy the Abu Simbel temple. Special thanks to my guide Hassan, a wonderful man, passionate about egyptology and an amazing person. Had the best time and will definitely book with them again.
