Do NOT use this company, not as advertised - My daughter and I did this experience yesterday with Discover Teno. It was terrible! If I could give ZERO stars, I would do that. It started well with the guide providing interesting information about Los Gigantes in BOTH English and Spanish. We reached Masca bay where we were expecting to snorkel. I asked for a life jacket as I am not a confident swimmer and was given a lifejacket covered in mud! All jackets were in that state! Then I asked for snorkling equipment and was told they do not provide any. Just glasses which were also dirty. I got so upset as I was looking forward to snorkeling so that after the family that were on the boat finished snorkeling, they offered me their own personal snorkle directly from their mouths. My daughter went in just with the glasses and came out immediately as it was so dirty with dirty bits floating about. There are so many beauty spots around Los Gigantes and the other boats were further in the ocean where the water was cleaner. We were literally In front of someone's house and they most likely didn't have canalisation. After I challenged the captain that what was on the website didn't meet what was offered in reality, he said he doesn't care. From that point onwards, the captain stopped speaking English and totally shut us out, so the rest of the trip was in Spanish only. The remaining passengers were one large Spanish family, so they got all the information. It was specified on the site to bring towel, sunscreen hats and passports, not your own snorkling equipment. I requested refund as this was not the experience I paid for and the owner accused me of lying and refused the refund. I did the activity with Atlantis today, well totally different professional and competent experience with all necessary equipment that was also clean. So don't waste your money on amateurs who charge the same, but what you get is not entirely as advertised and provided in Spanish mostly, so not for the English speaking folks. Do NOT recommend based on my experience.
