Amazing drive from the airport! - Highly recommend Grupo Royale Tours Acapulco. Driver met us at the airport exit with our names on a placard. The driver was friendly and professional and spoke good English. The Car was clean and Comfortable. Pedro met us at the hotel and welcomed us and gave us great information about the area.

Javier is remarkable! - Javier was so friendly and welcoming. He took us on multiple trips during our stay. He picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. He also took us from our hotel to see the divers, stayed with us during the show and took us back afterwards. He was attentive and always made us feel safe and welcome in his city. We asked him to teach us Spanish and he did! We learned so much from him. He encouraged me to continue to learn the language and practiced with us on our travels. Javier is one in a million. He made such an amazing impression on us. I came home to tell all my friends and family how friendly the people are in Acapulco. Javier was a major contributor to my experience.

Excellent service - We we were met at the airport by our driver holding a sign with our name. He was very courteous and polite. He informed us about parts of the city as he drove us to our resort. We will definitely use Viator in the future.

My roundtrip transfers from the... - <p>My roundtrip transfers from the airport to the hotel was wonderful and went well. My flight was late coming in and I called to inform the transport company and they were so nice and told me not to worry because the driver would be there. And sure enough he was. Javier was awesome and also gave me a nice overview of the history while transporting me to my hotel. I would also like to point out that he met me at the airport on my return flight home and helped me get my boarding pass, find my gate and even went upstairs to show me where i should go to catch my flight. Javier was fantastic and made my day from my first day to the last day. I would also like to recognize Eduardo who drove me back to the airport and he was very attentive and answered any questions that I asked of him. He was awesome too. I would definitely use their service again if I ever return to Acapulco. It was worth every penny!</p>

reliable service - excellent service. Man was at the terminal waiting for me with my name on a sign. Friendly, courteous, and efficient. Due to the time and date I went (March of 2020) I was the only pick-up. Same as the way back to the airport. Would definitely recommend royal tours.
