Best transportation and your service in Acapulco. - Best transportation and tours in Acapulco. Carlos was very responsive and attentive. His suburbans were very nice. The tours he took us on were amazing. They were some of the best tours we have ever been on. Carlos was also very flexible since plans can change according to weather. I would recommend all the tours Carlos offers. We went on 3 different ones. The best one was the turtle release, agave tasting, crocodile rescue, lagoon tour. After all that Carlos took us to a resort on the beach where we had the most incredible whole barbecued fish. It was perfect for 4 people and one of the best meals I have ever had. I can’t recommend Carlos and his company enough. He really made our trip to Acapulco incredible and memorable.

The farm is very beautiful and the explanation from the instructor and the mezcalero teacher are excellent.

Most delicious alcohol in the world I’ve tasted - The tour was amazing overall! I’ve never experienced something like this in my life and would 100% do it again! Everyone was very accommodating and everyone could speak English which was very helpful. After the delicious alcohol tasting, it was fun to go look around at the animals they had on the premises. I would totally recommend anyone in Acapulco to sign up for this tour because it’s fun, insightful, and exciting!

The factory was amazing... - The factory was amazing to see how the alcohol is made and the tasting is what sold us to buy a bottle there!! There is animals that they let us see as well, just an overall great thing to do.

Acapulco vacation made easy - Carlos is the BEST tour guide and host!!! Very friendly and personable. His english is perfect, so don't worry if you're no longer fluent on your HS spanish. Vehicles are detailed for every trip and he always has a cooler ready to refresh any thirst you may have. He is always close by to assist during the tours (never in the way), which is nice to have that friendly face to look for when you may need something or have a question. The tours themselves were so amazing and HANDS-ON. The turtle release itself was incredible! No where else compares to the level of personal participation and information than this one. Horse rides on the beach, markets, beautiful view dinning and cliff divers and many more all seem to be Carlos' area of expertise. Unquestionably. HIGHLY recommend for anyone traveling to Acapulco. To this day, my best tour experience ever. 'Acapulco Tours and Transfers' is the best and easiest way to go!

GREAT EXPERIENCE with this Operator and Tour Company - I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS company - We actually had (2) tours with Carlos (his Acapulco Tours/Transfer company) as well as used his services for arrival and departure trips to from/to the airport. Nothing but exceptional in all respects !!! He was ALWAYS PERFECTLY ON TIME, greeted us each time with WATER, CERVEZAS, & MARGARITAS ready for our pleasure. His vehicle is nice, spacious, and clean- its a large size SUV that makes you feel very VIP. Carlos was also exceptionally good with advance communication via texting or calling whenever we were due to meet him. I feel that the tour prices are very worthy for what you get within each tour and it's so easy to see how much Carlos enjoys sharing his knowledge about his culture and country (btw- his ENGLISH is very good ! ) I can't say enough good things about this company and about Carlos himself. We loved having him as a personal guide/concierge . We will certainly call upon him again when back in ACAPULCO.

Part great, part mediocre - Turtle camp was the highlight of our vacation, just fabulous! However, we signed up for the tour which also included the Botanical Garden and it was not. Our guide, John, didn't know that our tour also included admission to the cliff divers, nor did he speak enough English to answer simple questions when asked. He was very good at accommodating our request to be taken to the beach and later picked up.
