Fabulous - Fabulous! Rudy our guide was great! Perfect English with lots of details, informed us of all the past culture, and took us to perfect sunset spot, then to the cliff dive show. Let us stay as long as we wanted! Tons on fun!

The Best Way to experience the cliff divers! - Just an incredible experience! Private tour on the Cliff Diver De Luxe excursion. Got a ton of historical info on the ride. A fantastic 3 course dinner and 2 drinks. Front row seats for the diving shows. Got to meet divers and loads of pictures. Well worth the money. Immerse yourself and enjoy. An epic memory. Our driver was beyond excellent! Highly recommended.

Spectacular Event, a must do if in Acapulco - Brilliant Experience in a great setting. Went at 19.00 just after sunset so the cliffs were floodlit. Watched a number of exhibitions , one with the floodlights off and the divers dived with flaming torches. Spectacular. The youngest diver we saw was 16 years of age but they do have a 13 year old . The eldest was in his 50,s. It’s a profession with divers serving an apprenticeship. It’s also a family thing ; grandfathers, fathers & sons . So dangerous.

Great Evening and Show - The whole experience was great! We were picked up promptly as agreed upon and Jesus and Mario were great tour guides. On the way to the restaurant they told us the history of Acapulco. Once there Jesus made sure our seating was perfect and even had the table moved so we could watch the sunset. The diving was amazing and we had a great view. Afterwards we were shown around the restaurant and talked about its history. Both gentlemen were very cordial and professional.

A Night in Acapulco - A Great nighttime tour. As we ventured forth on our drive our Guides, Jesus and Mario, informed us of more history of Acapulco. As we traveled through the Tourist area we saw many intriguing sights. We visited the Las Flamingoes Hotel, built by Johnny Weissmuller and were many stars used to stay, for a drink while watching the sunset. We also saw many pictures of the movie star guest from the Hey Days of Hollywood. We headed to our dinner reservation. We were seated on the terrace facing directly down on the Cliff Divers area. We had a 3 course dinner. I had a local soup and my wife had a salad. Our entrees were a combination plater (steak, chicken, guacamole, black beans, and Quesada for me and lasagna for my wife. And then desert. All of the food was excellently prepared. Finally came the divers shows. We were lucky to enjoy 2 shows that night. Both were spectacular, looking right down the diving area. The divers included men and young people only 13 years old, male and female. We got a picture with 3 of the divers, later on. Again, Thanks to Jesus and Mario for such an enjoyable evening.

Perfect Honeymoon Excursion - My husband and I went on this tour during our honeymoon and it was so much fun! The tour guides explained a lot of information about the city while we were driving up. It was great to hear about the local attractions from someone who lived and worked in the town. Once we got to the restaurant the service was excellent! Great options and great drinks! Our tour guide took photos for us so we didn't have to worry about capturing everything. The restaurant sits above where the divers jump so it's not an up-close experience but it is really classy and has a lot of old Hollywood charm. For our honeymoon, I think it was a good choice. There are boat tours that are more of a party, and the option to view from the deck and just head back but the dinner and a show aspect of it all was well worth it to us!

Return to Acapulco - It is still a climate paradise and most of the beaches fine, there is a lot of rubbish but the sea was warm delicious. There's still a lot of destruction and I didn't see much movement of construction workers. Places to eat are still limited.

Acapulco cliff diver dinner - JOse Mario, our guide, picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. He was very pleasant and shared his wealth of information about Acapulco; It's heyday in the 50s/60s to its current rebounding from hurricane Otis.
