History facts! - Rashid gave us a great tour of the city. Highlights include a visit to Black Star Square and the history of both the Square and a tour inside and up to the roof of the Black Star Gate. A visit to the W.E.B Du Bois center is a must see, so much history. For us who are visiting from the US this part of his work in Ghana probably isn't well known, but nevertheless impressive.

Outstanding Service Provider - The entire trip was excellent, however, the W.E.B. Dubois Center was great for it's histrorical context. This is a trip every American should take, especially every African American!! Our guide Rashid was excellent, he stopped everywhere that mattered along the way. He was informative, professional, and very knowledgable. As an American we have a certain standard we are accustomed too, that this service met the standard 100%. This is an AAAAA+++++ service profider and comes highly recommeded!!! By the way, there is an area where you can shop, I would compare it to a swap meet, however, you have to go in with much confidence and NOT allow the locals to overwhelm you. Negotiate every price and stick too it. Be fair but firm. They are all polite, yet aggressive. Be equally aggressive.

Saw great sites and learned a lot - I always like learning new things when going to different places, so I really loved this tour. We stopped by the WEB DuBois center. I am from the USA, but didn't know enough about W.E.B. DuBois' ties to Ghana. Also, I heard of Kwame Nkrumah, but to hear about some of his history and the history of Ghana and to see some of the historical artifacts was fascinating. The tour guide was knowledgeable about the history of Ghana and I had a great time.

Great tour, comprehensive and a lot of fun - Our tour with Emmanuel was a great time! We covered a lot of ground, gained some insight into the history and culture of Ghana, and got some great food as well. Both the guide and driver were very accommodating, and were very friendly. Would highly recommend for travelers, families, couples, or anyone who wants to see the sights in Accra.

terrific guide - Driver and guide makes it ideal. Because one parks and the other doesn't have to focus on traffic. Not much to see in Accra, but the guide made it special.
