He will provide detailed explanations of everything encountered at each stage of the tour. Some activities available at Kakum National Park include:
- Forest Walk: This path allows visitors to appreciate the typical vegetation of the evergreen rainforest, featuring tall deciduous trees reaching up to 65 meters high.
- Birdwatching Tour
- The Nature Walk: A tour focusing on medicinal plants found in the forest.
- Walk on the suspended canopy walkway.
After lunch, participants will have the opportunity to engage in a batik lesson, creating their own designs on fabric.

Elmina Castle - Our certified tour guide will introduce himself and lead the tour, explaining the various sections, from the slave holding ground floor rooms to the officer’s palatial quarters. Visitors will see rooms for prisoners and those condemned to die, including where the King of Ashanti was held. They will also see where women were selected, the routes slaves took, and the doorway of no return to the ships, along with a stunning view from the top. At each point, visitors will learn about the history and function of different areas. Don’t miss the bookshop for a book, as well as the museum and art shops.
Elmina Boat Cruise - This tour offers something truly special. Our guide will lead the tour for the next hour. The boat cruise consists of two sections. The first section is the lagoon tour, where visitors will learn about the fishing lifestyle and culture of the fisher folks, trading at the fish market, the Elmina festival, and where wooden boats are crafted. The second section is the ocean cruise, providing a beautiful view of the ocean and stories about the Atlantic Ocean. There is also a swimming break, where skilled swimmers can enjoy a refreshing swim in the deep seas. Enjoy music from the boombox and cold drinks.
