Next, we head to the Komfo Anokye Sword Site, located within the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital premises. Its most significant attraction is a 333-year-old sword entrenched in stone, a testament to the rich Asante historical lore.
From the Komfo Anokye Sword Site, we depart for the hotel.
For the second day, the itinerary starts with a journey to the Prempeh II Museum post-breakfast. This museum houses a mesmerizing array of Ashanti relics, including showstoppers like the King’s battle attire and extravagant gold ornaments.
