It is a fishing town and I can’t get enough of it. I am a Mindfulness facilitator and I want us to practice mindfulness together while touring the port, we will admire the entire landscape. There will be no rush, this activity is about focusing on ourselves. I will also teach you techniques to reduce stress so that you can take these techniques into your daily life. Likewise, we will do a meditation so that you can release those burdens and emotions that weigh you down. I will tell you a little about the history of the town and to finish, if you feel like it, we will go have a coffee or tea.
