Then let’s get down on cooking. We’ll make dashi broth from scratch for our Tonjiru soup, which has various kinds of vegetables, tofu, konjac and pork.
For Onigiri, we’ll make 5-6 kinds of fillings such as grilled salmon/mackerel with mayo, salty and sweet Wagyu beef. Some of them are made in advance since it takes time to be flavored(marinated). We highly recommend to try our marinated egg yolk with soy sauce. This may be something you’ve never try before, but tastes really good. When all of the fillings are ready, let’s shape the onigiri with your hands, with your choice of fillings from what we’ve prepared.
You can make onigiris as many as you can eat!
