Amazing foodie experience - What an amazing cohesion of cultures so wonderfully presented by Stephanie. So much can be learned from this experience of food and the celebration of the contributions of new comers to our land.

Amazing Tour - Fantastic Tour and delicious lunch. Our tour guide Bronni was amazing. Her knowledge of the markets was incredible and gave us so much information. We had previously done a tour a couple of years ago and it was nothing compared to this one. We learnt so much about not only Adelaide but the markets as well. Can not recommend highly enough this tour.

Awesome tour! - We had a great time on the tour! Learnt heaps, explored way more than we would if just visiting the markets without a guide. Our guide Bronnie was great. Lots if free samples, and lunch was great!

What a wonderful experience. - Our host Cheryl was wonderful. We packed so much in a hour going from one stall to another sampling different foods and at the same time listening intently to our host explaining the history of the markets and introduced us to various stall holders who had been there a long time. We finished with a bottle of wine each and a take a way pasta lunch from Lucia's,

Amazing tour of Central Market to help you get the best out of it - Adelaide Central Market is phenomenal!! The best food market we have been to anywhere in the world. And Cheryl and her tours are a credit to the market - she has so much knowledge and a great relationship with so many vendors that you feel the camaraderie very strongly. This is a real celebration of local produce and local producers and artisans. Also a strong focus on sustainability which is commendable. We are visiting from the UK and this was the highlight of our South Australia experience so far.
The groups are kept small so you can really participate in the tour and the tour is tailored for for your questions and interests.
We would recommend to all overseas and out of state visitors to really get a feel for the market - otherwise you would not know where to start there is so much on offer. But also a great tour for South Australians also. There were a couple on our tour from near Adelaide who learnt loads from the tour and also really enjoyed it.
Thanks Cheryl and team!!

Brilliant - not to be missed - Not to be missed. We spent an enjoyable just under 3 hours on the tour finishing with lunch at Licuias! The market is closed Sunday and Monday. A must do for Adelaide!

Great insight into an Adelaide institution - Our tour guide Cheryl was a font of knowledge giving insight into the history of the market and the different stall owners. We tasted samples along the way and discounts were on offer for purchases made after the tour. Ended up with a great lunch at Cumbia, Highly recommended for locals not just tourists!

Informative and delicious tour - Today we did the lunch tour at Adelaide's Central Market with guide Matthew from Food Tours Australia and another couple. What a fantastic experience, Matthew was very knowledgeable about the history of the markets and all the different foods on offer. During the tour we chatted with stall owners about their produce which was mostly from SA . We tried sample of their goods from yoghurt to Turkish delight a true food experience. Our tour finished with a lunch which was a delicious panini, cake and bottle of wine. We highly recommend this tour.
