Tick this one off your bucket list with The F Factor! - The (Fabulous) Flamingo Factor did not disappoint. From the very first stop, Katina, my host made it clear that this experience was more than just tasting products locally produced, it was about connecting food with local culture, history, and its people. Katina is knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about South Australia’s food and, its relevance historically to her city. Each stop was carefully curated with hidden gems and local favourites along with her early family memories of growing up Adelaide. Thoroughly enjoyed our tour together. Thank you Katina.

Great intro to Adelaide and its food scene - The tour was really great and Katina, our tour guide, introduced us to a lot of really great local foods that we wouldn't have found otherwise including a really great shepherds pie! It was a nice introduction to the city of Adelaide and its great food scene.

Great for family with teens - The F Factor was the first activity we did after coming off an overnight flight from Singapore so we appreciated Katina’s bubbly energy and fun facts that kept us entertained. My teens were even quoting some of the facts they had learned as we walked around Adelaide days after. Thanks Katina for a great introduction to Adelaide through its interesting food history!

Excellent walking tour, highly recommend - Such a great tour!! Katina shared her expert local knowledge in a fun, down to earth and personal way. The food we tasted was yum and definitely things and places we wouldn’t have known existed! Great two hours and now we are absolutely stuffed and still have treats we could take home!

Fun and friendly...maybe a little too sweet.. - Our guide was friendly and enthusiastic. We loved the family ties she added into her food stories. Very generous amounts of food only criticism ( maybe bonus for others) was it was very sweet focused. Maybe a little nod to the rich Asian culture in Adelaide would break up the sweets. 😀 over all a great experience. Xx
