Amazing 3 days with exceptional guiding - This trip was simply AMAZING! Our tour guide Jdawg was just the BEST, she is exceptional! Such a lovely person, really well organised, knowing lots of stories and facts about wildlife and all the places we went to. She is absolutely focused on giving everyone a wonderful experience with lots of nice surprises on the way, always looking after each guest and the need of the group. The trip itself was planned well, lots of different things to see, perfect combination of driving, hiking, enjoying. Accommodation was really good and food was amazing. Much better than with any other trip I did during my 7 week travels in Australia.

South Australia - Good overview of different environments in Australia - desert, rainforest, coast line. Great to see animals in the wild rather than a zoo.

An amazing road trip with so much to see and do - We booked this trip as it offered a great way to travel between Adelaide and Melbourne while also being able to see some interesting places en route. The trip didn't disappoint. We were a small group due to a last minute cancellation of a larger group which made this trip all the more special as we had a bit more time at the various stops. Our guide was the awesome Janet (J Dog) who, from start to finish, looked after us all so well. Her knowledge of the places we visited and her upbeat outlook on life meant we learned of the history and significance of the different places we visited and much more. She was also very accommodating to the needs of the group. An absolute highlight for us was the hike on day 2 up to the Pinnacle in the grampians. This was a demanding hike, but it was one of the main reasons we booked this particular tour. We hiked in the early morning light and reached the Pinnacle as the sun was rising in the sky. The views were spectacular and being able to hike before the crowds made it extra special. Loch Ard and the Apostles also didn't disappoint and it was lovely to explore them before the other tour buses arrived. We really appreciated the regular pit stops to stretch our legs, etc and opportunity to walk around different points of interest. This is a budget tour, but the accomodation on both nights were clean and quiet and had what we needed for a good night's sleep. This whole trip exceeded our expectations and we are so glad we had J Dog as our guide!

Incredible - What a fabulous trip and a great way to explore The Grampians and Great Coast Road. Misty, our guide, was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and enthusiast that the time passed so quickly. We were a group of mixed ages that melded together assisted by Misty. We experienced and saw so much in its natural environment.

Adelaide to Melbourne bus via Grampians - I didn’t know what to expect but was pleased how much we did and saw. Lots of breaks to get off the bus. We stopped in the middle of the Grampian mountains and had opportunities for hikes and overlook walks. Lots of kangaroo in Halls Gap, a nice town and easy to walk to. We saw koalas and emus the next day in a wildlife reserve. Great Thai food in Warranambool. Enjoyed the hike in the Mabel Gully Rainforest. The Loch Ord Gorge was spectacular. I liked it better than the 12 Apostles. Chris was a terrific tour guide; he provided just the right amount of detail to help us appreciate what we were seeing. The bus seats were comfortable. Interesting and very international passengers, most travelling solo. All ages.

Should be Shown as a Low Budget Hiking Tour - The Great Ocean road part was incredible!! I highly recommend a tour there but the remainder of the tour was not what I expected, very disappointing. The tour guide was late to pick me up & was late on most pickup times. I had come from a 19 day tour in New Zealand, where water was provided on the bus. This tour had no water, including having only tap water at the hostel. The next days were hiking, staying in Very low budget motels, too far away to walk anywhere. The first breakfast was fine at a local restaurant, dinner & next breakfast at a hostile!! Really, gross! One women had a broken knee cap & didn't want to hike much & I didn't want to go on long hikes, it was very hot & humid. We were both disgusted with the hikes, accommodations & the tour itself. If you are a student used to hostels, this tour is for you!
