Birthday experience - My cousin and I had a good experience. Our tour guide Jose was very nice and professional. And even helped me out while swimming in the cenotes. One thing I recommend to travelers is spray a lot of bug spray !!!! I was eaten alive by mosquitoes lolz

Definitely Booking Again!! - I was nervous but BOOK IT!!! Stayed at Hilton Tulum and it was only a 15 minute drive to the site. The driver was right on time. Julio was our guide and he was absolutely the best (I hope you get him). They were selling waterproof cases, water shoes with thick soles, bug spray and sunglasses if you wanted but bring your own. Lunch is provided after you finish all activities and it was delicious. Rice and peas, taquitos with lemonade. Other beverages are available for additional costs. They offered an extra charge for pictures ($25pp for the group) which everyone paid for because they were so good. The ATV, Mayan ceremony, and zip line were a vibe but the cenote was icing on the cake. Best $38 spent!!!!

Fun, fun, fun!!! - It was amazing experience! Rafael made it even better, he was funny and accommodating. The only negative was the transportation from the meeting point to the place where the tour took place, we waited for over an hour, it was hot!!! We were thirsty, and the driver wanted me to pay for some warm water he had in a cooler. Other than that, the tour exceeded my expectations.

So fun and packed with activities! (But beware of weight restrictions) - We had a great experience! I had a group of 9 people for this activity! Because we had such a large party, we were picked up at our air bnb. Contact via WhatsApp with the organizer was easy to arrange the meeting location and time. When we arrived, we were welcomed and paid the additional $30 cultural fee (in the fine print). Then we started right away! We rode ATVs slowly on the surrounding dirt roads which was fun but not quite what I was expecting for a “jungle atv ride”. Then, we rode a series of zip lines. The first one was a a small one with a seated cart and a 220lb weight limit. After that was 3 bigger zip lines which were amazing! The first big zip line, you need to walk up a lot of stairs - so being physically fit for stairs is a must. Also, they don’t have really large-sized zipline harnesses so take that into consideration. After the zip lines, we explored a cenote. For me, this was the highlight of the day! It was beautiful and a guide takes you into the cenote caves with a flash light. The structures are beautiful and we got to see bats which was really cool! The end of the day is concluded with lunch - we were served taquitos, beans, and rice. Water was available throughout the activities. I’d recommend water shoes, securely fitting sandals, or tennis shoes. Also, have a water proof phone case with a neck strap if you want to take your phone along on the zip lines and cenote. Our guide made this experience a lot of fun and always had us laughing! I’d highly recommend this - the amount of activities you do for the price is great!

Very Good! I’d Do It Again. - I had a great time on site doing the ATVs, zip lining, and swimming in the cenote. However, the onboarding experience was very chaotic. We did a pick up point, but unfortunately for some time we were not able to find him or get in touch with him. Language barrier played a factor as well, but yes, sketchy experience in the beginning. Overall, the ATV ride was super fun. You’ll definitely get muddy so wear clothes that you don’t care about possibly damaging. ALSO get water shoes. The zip lining was, whew, less just say I’d do it again, but I wasn’t sure if I was gonna do it. Another feature I’ll add is that they give you a small lunch. It was not that appetizing, but good to hold you over. I’ll also add that you WILL be there the entire day, so early booking would be best.

ATVs , Ziplines and Cenotes - We had great fun on this adventure, the ATVs were fun as were the ziplines. I think the cenote swim was the best we have done in Mexico, really enjoyed it. We had a small lunch at the end and transported back to our pick up point. We purchased the professional digital photos but haven't received all of them back yet by email, most were airdropped to i phones before we left but disappointed to not have the other photos yet ,despite leaving email address.

It was ok, probably not worth the money. - This excursion was ok. We arrived by van transfer at the site and started off with them selling us additional equipment (bandanas, waterproof phone cases, etc.). They definitely pushed these items and made it seem like we were going to be eating bugs if we didn't have our faces covered. So we bought bandanas and they were totally not necessary. Just bring bug spray and your own waterproof phone case from home. The only time they let you have your phone is during the cenote portion of the excursion because they have photographers during the zipline and ATV and then they try to sell you their photo package (started off at $30 per person). We didn't buy any photos, but if you do, you can definitely negotiate down. The ziplining was fine. They weren't particularly friendly and just hurried you along each of the zips. ATVing was fun, so that was the best part. The cenote is about a 5 minute drive from the main site, I thought it was going to be a bigger cave, but it was just a large hole. It was cool, but I think there are other cenotes in the area that are cooler and if you have a car, you can go to them for free on your own. Oh, and don't let the $39pp price fool you, you have to pay $30pp in taxes and fees once you arrive. It ended up being a pretty pricy excursion when it was all said and done.
