Amazing experience but read on for a heads up! - So the driver (Mohsin) picked my friend and me up from our hotel, and there were four people already on board. Mohsin was happy to suggest rotation in order for everyone to get the front row experience. Dune bashing, pause for pictures, rotate, more dune bashing until we got to the place. They slap on the Arab head scarf thing and then inform you of the cost. 🤷🏻 we took them off. We paid Mohsin in cash upon arrival and he pointed us towards the ATVs/quad bikes. A bit of miscommunication regarding our package deal as to whether it's inc/excluding the bikes, ten minutes later we were off. We had smooth rides but some experienced issues with their bikes and had them swapped. You can touch the horses, camels and falcon but expect to pay to ride or take pictures with them, respectively. The AED200 deal does include "camel riding" but I'd say it's more of a "get on, get off" kinda deal unless you pay for a five-minute ride. We walk in to "the place" and sat waiting for the performance to start. Note that the free shisha has to be smoked in a specific area and a AED50 charge applies for shisha on your table close to the stage. All in all, great experience, great driver (who has the best taste in music) and totally recommended! :)

VIP Desert Safari - First of all it was a fun night and our driver Adnan was great. But as far as being VIP, that was an exaggeration. We got picked up ok, plus 2 more pickups. We didn't do quad biking but had to wait an hour for the others. It was the most disorganized event I've ever seen. Then went dune bashing, which was awesome. Got to the camp and sat squashed in with everyone else. Not in VIP tents as in booking info. We had to line up for food and drinks. Shows were ok. No sign of camel riding or sand boarding. Very disappointed with with the fact it was booked as VIP.

Horrible experience, stay away - I would rate it 0 if I can, the 1 is for price as it might have been cheaper than others but again you get what you pay for, definitely the case here. The experience wasn't pleasant at all, from the pickup driver spending more time on his phone rather than watching the road with 6 people in his care, to the fact that we said my wife is pregnant and although they dropped her somewhere barely ok to stay, when they picked her up they still didn't take that into consideration and went bashing through some of the smaller dunes, until she shouted at the driver to take it easy. The food was inedible, we were promised an Arabian night, we had some sort of Asian food, daal isn't arabic food I know that. The entertainment was so boring too. We also didn't get to ride the camels and were charged 20 dirhams more, when I asked why they said VAT. Purely disgusting behaviour. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Terrible - Terrible. Was 1 hour late to pick up and dropped us off 1 hour away from our hotel after confirming that they’ll drop us to the nearest hotel station when we left. You’re better off paying the additional £15 for a much better service than these guys. Totally inconsiderate and rushed throughout

Learn from my mistake - Confirmed with Dubai adventure via whatsapp for an evening safari that was to happen 3 days later. I received confirmation via WhatsApp but did not have to pay as they said I should pay the driver 150aed. On the day of departure we waited outside our hotel expecting the vehicle to collect us but to no avail. We wait almost an hour and tried to contact Dubai adventure. No one bothered to answer or respond. I booked with Arabian adventures the day after and what a fantastic experience although a bit more in price. Don't be fooled, this company is not professional, the price might seem low but very unreliable
