Great Car Service! - I used Mundi Executive Transport to arrange seven airport trips while my friends and I were in Brazil. Despite being based in Sao Paulo, owner Jean Carlos also arranged cars for us in Rio. Communication with him was incredibly quick and easy via WhatsApp. He speaks flawless English and is super responsive. He also did not charge crazy prices - the prices he gave us were cheaper than than the hotels. All the cars we took were new, clean and had drinks/snacks. Jean Carlos also hired a guide for us to tour Sao Paulo - one of the highlights of the trip. Highly recommend Mundi Executive Transport - I will be using them the next time I visit Brazil!

Very reliable service - I'm English and live in Sao Paulo. My family were coming to visit for my wedding and as there were four people, with four big suitcases and four suitcases a bigger car was needed which is when I found out about Mundi Transporte Executivo. My family also do not speak Portuguese but the driver William was incredibly helpful and patient. My family said he was very nice on the trip. They were also delayed in immigration and collecting their luggage and he was more than happy to wait and drive them to their destination. Mundi were very quick to answer any queries I had as well. Made us feel like VIPs - From the moment we arrived in the airport until we were dropped off 6 hours later, we felt like VIPs...the driver was courteous and professional and the van was very comfortable. I highly recommend this company for any travelers to Sao Paulo!

Exactly as promised and hoped for - I was met right in the airport lobby and the car was there within 5 minutes. They accounted for the time it took to get through passport control and everything went perfectly.

Excellent comfort driving from Guarulhos to Ubatuba - round trip. - Excellent driver, punctual and careful. Excellent car. Driver drove safely and had accurate information about the route. The vehicle was very comfortable and fit all the suitcases. Attention of the company via whatsaap present in the stages of the transfer.

Disappointing - 15 minutes late - Arrived at GRU at 5:10am (flight on time). Not speaking the language of Brazil, and arriving so early in the morning, I hired through Viator this company to assist me by being at the airport, holding a sign with my name upon arrival. Driver was 15 minutes late, but EVERY other person that had hired a driver with other companies had their driver there on time. Took me a couple minutes to read all 20 signs in disbelief the company I paid more than triple a taxi or Uber for was not there. They did respond to text quickly, gave the excuse the driver was at a different terminal (even though all flight details were provided ahead of time, terminal was not switched, and flight was on time). But doesn't make up for the fact it is 5:25am (after passing immigration) and I am standing there with no ability to speak the language trying to figure out what to do. If I could go back, I would save the money, and pay for a taxi or Uber - both of which were ready immediately upon arrival. They also offered a free ride back to the airport as compensation - I give them credit for quick responses, and effort to rectify. But was unwilling to risk another mishap with an unreliable company. Use Uber or an official taxi - save the money, and get out on time.
