Arriving in Sao Paulo in the wee hours of the night - We arrived after midnight. There was a comfort in knowing that we had a ride waiting for us and they were prepared to accommodate our luggage. He was waiting right as we exited with a sign with my name on it. So we were clear who was picking us up. He was very kind and helpful.
