100% would recommend to surprise your husband with this culinairy experience! - Written by my partner: ''I got his tasting course as a present during our holiday in Halkidiki. For me, as a culinairy-food-hobby-enthousiast this was a perfect gift. On the private terras of the Thea Thalassa restaurant with sea-view, we met our host Harry. The table was set up nicely with a whole array of (extra vergin) olive oils for us to smell and taste. After a interesting theoretical part, we were already able to get a sense of flavour profiles in the different olive oils. This was all because of the passionate and enthousiastic way Harry was informing us. Afterwards a delicious meal was served to us, accompanied by a tasty wine. For me an experience I will not forget especially in the romantic setting it was in. Keep it going Harry, your enthousiasm is inspiring!''
