A beautiful morning floating above the Jezreel Valley - We were impressed by the professionalism of the ground and flight crew and felt that we were in good hands. The whole experience was beautiful. Note that the "gourmet breakfast" is really packaged cookies, cake and instant coffee, although that is definitely not the focal point of the experience.

High in the Sky - Good experince, especially, when it comes as afsurprise. for someone whom you love. they were efficient, clear and safty aware. I would recomend to imrove the breakfast.

Great experience - Nice crew and amazing experience. smooth ride, great views. Breakfast is not what I expected; a bunch of different snacks. Finding a taxi at the end was a challenge since we were staying in Tel Aviv. The crew took a picture with their go-pro and at the end gave us a certificate and a copy of the picture. Since I was with my friend it would have been nice to both receive a picture and certificate.

Awesome Experience - When we planned our trip to Israel each of us were allowed to pick one thing they definitely wanted to do. My 23 year old daughter picked the hot air balloon. I must admit I was a little nervous at first but Amir and the crew made us feel comfortable right away. They are very professional and I knew they were in control the whole time. The view from the balloon was something Ill never forget. Amir was fun and informative. The breakfast picnic was wonderful. Thanks to the Skytrek crew for an amazing morning!

one in a life experience!!! - Hi Amir! i'd like to take this opportunity, to thanks you so much for such an experience i had, while fliying with you above the Gilboa mountain, the green fields, the Kibutzim of the valley and more... before everything i'd like to say: what a profssional pilot! what an expert guy! I enjoyed to fly with you, trusted to depart with you as from the first momet you explained me about the hot air Balloon, instructed me what and how to do, and along the flight you tought me about everything we saw around us. when I landed and met my Family and my friends, i couldn't hide my excitement!! and this is the best a company, a pilot like you can achieve!! well done. wish you all the best and i'm sure you deserve it. Well OK but way too expensive - Communication was a little difficult as she mostly spoke Hebrew and then later in English. We were sent the wrong meeting point so we couldn't be there on time. The booked package promised a lot but delivered about 60% The proud price of over CHF 450 for two people, well, the flight didn't last a good hour longer... the instructions were very good and clear, the experience was great but not for that price... So there was no champagne but a warm Muscat and with moderate enthusiasm There were dry and crushed cockles, 1 bottle of water and 1 juice for 12 people...but no breakfast as described... we didn't fly very high and only over populated areas... in the end we landed a good 20' from the take-off point... The souvenir consisted of a Polaroid photo and a certificate in Hebrew... the transport in the shaking bus was practical... not as comfortable as described

They cancelled and kept my money - I reserved online for me and my teenage nephew. He was so excited. There was no indication that the trip was not definitely scheduled. Two days prior I received a phone call from the company Israel-extreme. They tried to sell me on an alternative "Adventure" for my nephew and me. I got a feeling they were never intending on having a balloon trip on the scheduled day. Maybe they did not have enough reservations to make it worthwhile or maybe it was a bait and switch from the get go, but I warned my nephew that there may not be a trip as planned. Sure enough they sent me an email cancelling the trip due to weather. Of course a balloon trip needs good weather, but the north of Israel has the exact same daily weather from March through September --- sunny and warm. We were very disappointed - but not surprised. On my return to the states I noted that the $450 charge was still on my credit card. Waiting for satisfaction still.
