Perfect surfing in Agadir experience - My girlfriend and I booked onto this two hour lesson and I would 100% recommend it to anyone! They arranged for a taxi to pick us up and drop us back at our hotel afterwards. Our instructor was such a nice guy, super friendly, patient and a great teacher. Was arguably the highlight of our trip to Agadir and would definitely do it again with the same group if we come back. 10/10

They Will Get You Up On Your Feet - I was nervous when we arrived, I had never surfed in my life but our surf coach B.Othman was absolutely amazing. Surprisingly the wetsuit that he picked out fit with not problems. There were isolated changing area to change in comfort too. Being that my mother and I were about to do a bit of sport, we did a bit of stretching just to loosen up our joints and muscles to make our bodies a bit more nimble. Once again I've never surfed before and nor had my mother, however, I do admire the sport and Its something that I've always wanted to do. B. Othman Gave some easy step by step clear cut instruction of how to go from laying on the board to stand. At this point I was still very much nervous but paid close attention. He breakdown the importance of the position of our foot and hands on the board and maintain a strong balance and stability on the board when transitioning from the laying position to standing position. I didn't think that I would really make it to standing on water, not in my mind anyway. Especially since crossing paths with a family of surfers and being reminded that most people don't manage to make it to standing. I was glad to hear it as I didn't want to have too high of an expectation only to be frustrated and disappointed with myself. They also stated to be patient and enjoy the experience which is the other part of it. They gave me few trips too and beware that it's a multi tasking sport, patients is key. The insight aided me for sure and got me in the right head space. I fell off the board as soon as I got to my knees upon my first attempt. I laughed when I hear my mother saying " there's no way I could do that " after seeing me fall off. B. Othman was patient, friendly yet firm. My mother wanted to back away for partaking but he got my mother onto the board even though she was resistant. I loved that in him ! She fell off but I think the biggest step was getting her on the board to start with. The practise run on sand was one thing but doing it on the water was another, I felt as though everything that B. Othman taught us went out of my head. I just could get to standing at all. Not until I just let go of all thoughts and let the motion flow through me. Closing my eyes, steering up at the sky and steadied my breathing, I pictured and remembered B.Othman saying hands beside the chest and pressing board away from body. I was more focused, bringing my leading knee up towards your chest but planted on board for support, feed your other leg through hands stationary on the board keeping central of the board, just as he had instructed. I rotated my hip of my leading leg out to support my standing form and kept my knees bended. I was shocked, I was half way there and then the next thing I knew, I was beginning to surf waves. My mother was doing the same too. We were so surprised as we didn't think that we would even make it to standing let alone actually surfing ! I just wished that I was wearing a bodycam to capture it all, perhaps next time around. We are so grateful for having met B.Othman and his friends, his friends were great supporters. We will forever remember him and his teachings and whenever we return or if just myself, I will pay a visit to surf at or with the academy. I just hope that he has time to spare to give me added tips and show me what to do next. An experience that will stay with me. Thank You B.Othman, you're much appreciated.

Surfs up - As someone who had never surfed before this was a super fun and also humbling experience! I did not realise how difficult surfing could be but Mohammed was a fantastic teacher and didn’t give up on us despite our obvious lack of hand eye coordination Would recommend 10/10

Surfing With B.Othman - We were a little late in meeting our driver due to a bit of confusion at the desk in our hotel but all worked out in the end. We had a nice guy called Abdo with blond curly hair pick us up at our hotel, he drove my mother and I down to Sofitel Beach. I was great from the for description in character. Once we arrived B.Othman picked out our wetsuits, which I was a bit surprise to learn that he had more or less picked out the correct sizes for both of us. He had a eye, I guess. We were please to see that there was an isolated changing area to change in comfort, as I wouldn't have wanted to change out in the open like some were happy to do. My mother and I did a bit of stretching just to loosen the joints and make the muscles a little supple and flexible, especially in the hips considering a lot movement would be in connection with hip mobility in the hip flexors. I don't know a great deal about surfing but I do know about training and things that give you a workout as I am a fitness trainer and before any type of workout, its important to raise the heart rate and stretch to prepare the body for what it's about to face. I've never surfed before and nor had my mother, however, I do share a love for sports and surfing was something that I had always wanted to do. It's a sport that I had payed attention to and followed over the years from time to time. I never really believed that I would be much good at it but I never let the thought put me off of giving it a try. B. Othman Gave some easy step by step clean instruction of how to go from laying on the board to stand. He breakdown the importance of foot and hand position on the board and maintain a strong balance and stability on the board when transitioning from laying position to standing position. I was quite fortunate to cross paths with a family of surfers on one of the excursions that I had went on a few days before hand. I was given a few trips on what to expect and was told that there was a lot of multi tasking to contend with and that it required a lot of patient. I was told that people don't make it up to standing the first time they surf and that it was normal. I feel the insight aided getting my mind in the right head space. I fell off the board as soon as I got to my knees and I remember hearing my mother saying " there's no way I could do that " after seeing me fall off. B. Othman was patient, friendly yet firm and got my mother onto the board even though she was a little resistant. She fell off but I think the biggest step was getting her on the board to start with. Practising on sand was one thing but then when it came to doing it in the water, I felt as though I must have been doing a terrible job and that the teaching that I was given must have goes through one ear and out the other. I just could get to standing at all. That was until I just let go of all thoughts and let the motion flow through me. I closed my eyes, steadied my breathing and both pictured and remembered B.Othman saying hands beside chest and pressing board away from body. Bring leading knee up towards your chest but planted on board for support, feed your other leg through hands stationed on the board keeping centred of the board. Rotate hip of leading leg out to support standing form and keep knees bended. Before I knew it I was half way there and then the next thing I knew, I was actually surfing a wave and not before long, my mother was too. We were so surprised as we didn't think that we would even make it to standing let alone actually surfing ! We did fell off a good few times but we made up for it in the end with the number of times that we caught waves and rode them which was plus 4 times. Sure we still have a long way to go but in learning and developing but we all have to start somewhere. I must admit that both my mother and I were tired the morning of our surf session and had thought of cancelling our session due to all the pervious days of excursion during our holiday stay. We are so glad that we didn't because the surfing topped everything off, it was a big achievement I am so overjoyed by our surfing experience and we have B.Othman to thank for that, he was/is an amazing teacher, to not just pull it out of one of us both my mother and I. We will cherish this memories forever. For anyone doubting their ability to surfing, get those thoughts out of your mind. My mother is in her 50's and she has a bad knee and a few issues with her hip due to injury and she was able to do. The only person that is holding you back is you. If you want to try surfing, look for B.Othman at Sofitel Beach as he is amazing. He makes you feel relaxed and comfortable and installs confidence within you. When I visit again, I'll be looking for him, I just hope that he'll be available for a past student as such as myself. If you're being collected from the hotel, be sure to look into travel means back as I had failed to do so. Luckily enough a member of staff that worked with B.Othman had got a cab for my mother and I to return back to the hotel. We were very appreciative of him for that, he was a very lovely guy as were all the staff.

Great surf experience in beautiful surroundings in Agadir beach - The surf lesson I had is a great memory from my Morocco trip, even though I just had time for two hours because it was my last day in Agadir. But from this lesson I learned a lot; had a great instructor, Anas, who was very inspiering and teached me useful details, which I will keep in mind for my next surf experience. I can highly recommend this beginner surf in Agadir beach, it was fun, challenging, and last, but not least, inspiering for continuing surfing!
