A Wonderful Camel Ride and BBQ Experience - A truly memorable experience! From start to finish, this camel ride and BBQ dinner exceeded all expectations. Our journey began with a pickup in a stylish minibus, where our driver provided a quick and informative tour of Agadir Bay before taking us to the "Camel Airport"—a humorous nickname that added to the charm of the trip. Our guide, Hassan, was fantastic, combining expertise with a great sense of humor, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The photographer, Abdul, was equally impressive, capturing stunning photos that were promptly emailed to us. We also had the option to purchase physical copies at a reasonable €5–€7 per pack of 2–3 photos. The day concluded with a delicious BBQ dinner featuring flavorful couscous, perfectly complemented by Berber tea. The food was scrumptious and provided the perfect ending to an already amazing day. Overall, this is a highly recommended activity for anyone visiting Agadir. It’s an excellent way to create lasting memories while experiencing a unique slice of Moroccan culture.

Camel Ride and Barbecue - It was my first time and i absolutely loved it . The tour guide for the camel even though they couldn’t speak so much English . It was worth it. It’s really the efforts that counts. It was reassuring. I enjoyed every bit of the trip . I didn’t even want to stop . Then talking about the FOOD. Gosh!! It’s was so good . The couscous was great , the Barbecue was well spiced and very tasty . I will go again when next I come around . Thank you for this lovely experience. My driver also was absolutely amazing. Thank you Rashid

Good value for money - The camel riding was very pleasant. We rode for two hours through remote sandy fields and paths in Agadir. At the river we stopped only briefly for photos, would have liked to ride longer along the river, but it was still nice. Our two companions were friendly and accommodating, took good care of us and took excellent photos. Afterwards we stopped at a cafe and got tea and delicious cookies. Afterwards we went back to the hotel. For the price a very worthwhile experience. The camel keepers can be tipped a bit, as I don't think they deserve much from it.

Camel ride in the countryside - This was a lovely excursion which I did with my 15 year old daughter. We were collected by taxi which was different to previous tours as we thought we woukd be collected by a bus, with other tourists. We were brought to an area which was still in the city, and so seeing the camels on the side of the street, didn't fill me with encouragement. However, we travelled along country roads (not sand dunes), at a lovely leisurely pace, taking in the countryside, and had a great experience. We travelled to a river and took pictures before turning back and having tea at a Berber Market. It was good value for money and we both really enjoyed the experience.

Nice camels, greedy guides - We were picked up at our hotel, as agreed. Upon arrival, one of the guides proceeded to put scarves on pur heads without saying anything or asking for consent. We were then led to the camels and motioned to board them, again without any explanation whatsoever. As we had had no experience with riding camels, this made the entry to this experience significantly more stressful than it needed to be. Once on the camels, photos were taken, and the guides proceeded to join the camels together. One participant asked to get down immediately after having her photo taken, but the guides didn't let her. After some time had passed and we had started the ride, she was permitted to transfer to her boyfriend's camel. The ride itself was a lot of fun. We made it to the river at sunset, which offered beautiful views. The camels were cute and docile, and let us pet them on the head. The route itself isn't exactly scenic, starting from the outskirts of Agadir, and passing between a golf course and the grounds of the royal palace. The ride itself lasted for about 2 hours. Once we've made it back and disembarked from the camels, the guides immediately asked us for tips. We were then led into a mall just across the street, which had a lavatory. We were sat at some tables in the middle of the mall, and the guides served us mint tea. We were presented with three hard-copy photos each from the beginning of the tour for 75 MAD (7.5€) each, even though the photos were supposed to be included in the price of the tour, and they were taken in culturally inappropriate headdresses before we had had a chance to take them off. We told the guide we didn't want the photos and refused to pay; the guide got upset and went on to pester the family at the table next to us for more tips. Also note that bottled water, which was supposed to be included in the price, wasn't provided. If you want to book a camel ride, go for it, but maybe choose a different provider.
