Excellent service - From the pick up at our location to the carmel ridding, the service was excellent. The young person that took us round was amazing though with little English he still tried to communicate and reassure us(we gave him a tip at the end, for a job well done ) we were also taken to the natural product shop at the end which came in handy as we were able to buy items that we needed....It was a pleasant experience.

Very nice - Was very good, camels seemed happy. Guide was very nice even though he could have explained a bit more. The driver that picked us up was very friendly and explained a lot of things along the way

Fun - Fun experience, good value for money, would recommend you to take some water with you if it's hot and would have loved to tip the camel herders but left money at the hotel

1st Experience Camel Ride - The booking process was smooth from start to finish. My guide Walid, arrived before the pick up time which meant that my excursion began on time. Throughout the journey, Walid was professional and friendly engaging in conversation enlightening me about the local area as well as suggesting other sights/shopping that I could explore. My actual camel ride was perfect. It was my first experience and my guide Mustafa was reassuring throughout and was happy to take some great pictures of me riding camel Ramada. A big Thank You, to all the team at Best Ride Tours for making this excursion positively remembered!!

Unique experience and I'd do it again - Surprisingly fantastic! We thought it was just a Camel ride but the tour operator took us to the market & showed us around the city (for a small fee). Very unique experience. Highly recommend.

Camels AWESOME! Your operator was a scam. - We absolutely loved riding the camels, it was a once in a lifetime experience. The only negative was the tour operator. WARNING: he took us to the camel riding and then on a city tour on the way back to the cruise ship. But, then he proceeded to tell everyone the your wasnā€™t included in the price and forced us all to pay him $20 a piece to go back to the shop. I think ViaTor needs to know this is happening because that was a ripoff.

Camel riding - exactly that - When in Agadir, one simply must try riding a camel! The guide collected me from the hotel promptly and drove me to where the camels were. Note that there is no safety equipment - no hard hats or stirrups-- but the camel felt very calm and didn't react when we passed horses, dogs and other camels. The guide took photos at several points. We didn't see many flamingoes but I enjoyed the route. On the way back to the hotel, the guide took me to a cooperative when they make and sell argan oil but there was no pressure to buy. The price on viator is cheaper than many of the camel riding excursions advertised in Agadir. The guide was good at communicating with WhatsApp and answered the questions I had before the trip.

It's basic but enjoyable - The ride itself is relaxing and enjoyable. It's very basic as in u get to a dry sand area they don't talk to u they stick u on a camel and a man walks you around for about an hour. There not mean or nasty just not set up for commercial enjoyment. My partners saddle was lop sided we said and they just waved it off. What I am saying is that it's a nice experience in a no frills manor. If u want more friendly tourist focused just pick a different trip.

Awful dirty cruel experience - Me and my partner booked the camel ride, We were picked up on time from our hotel. Upon arrival to our camel ride we got out of the mini bus and all the camels were laid down each on there own and all looked ok. We then proceeded to each get onto our camels which was rather fun wobbling getting up. Then we set off, Then I noticed! The camel in front of me and every other camel had rope tied through it's mouth around it's teeth and was tied/roped up to the next camel in front to it's back end, The rope where it was tied by it's mouth was no longer than 20cm long, Each camel was been pulled back and forth by it's mouth and looking in very very much discomfort! I was getting very upset and I started crying. The tour stated that there was sand dunes and a beautiful sous river, There was not ! . It was like we were walking through a building site with all mounds of rubble, bricks, half knocked down buildings, litter all over the place. We got to the sous river and it stank, tons and tons of litter all over the place, hundreds of locals sat there on chairs, No flamingo's as stated in the description. It was dirty all over the place.... I waved the man at the front and said I wanted to get off, I couldn't bare it any longer and was so upset these poor camels were been dragged by eachother by there mouth's. I walked back which took around an hour with my heart breaking. My partner also felt so very upset but stayed on the camel because walking back would have been hard with health issues. She was also disgusted with how the camels were chained together, She also said it was like walking into a warzone with the rubble, bricks, litter. , houses half knocked down. We also saw lots of people on horses, They were not chained together but these poor camels were. I will be reporting this to animal cruelty ! All in all 1 of the worst experiences of our lives. There was nothing beautiful about it and nothing beautiful to see. 0 out of 10. Please do not go on this ride. Book something where you know the camel will be walking on it's own with just you on it and a guide on the proper sand dunes. Stay away from this particular tour !!! Trust us !!!
