Best massage ever - I can’t rate this spa highly enough. I went with a friend and had a Hammam and the most amazing massage either of us have ever had (we’ve mid 40s, so have had a few). I left my mobile phone in the taxi on the way back to the hotel. It was entirely my fault, but the people from the spa drove us round Agadir until we tracked it down via ‘find my phone. They couldn’t have been more helpful. I’m going back again before I leave!

Delightful day at a traditional Moroccan Spa - Nice experience, start to finish and we stayed together the whole time. Timely taxi pick up, easy much appreciated! Part 1 is the Hamman, which is a naked steambath (you are given mesh panties though). The attendants come in every few minutes to pour water on you, then wash and shampoo you. We would have loved to have been told what to expect, how long, etc.. but it all worked out. Part 2 was the BEST massage, very thorough and skillful, with an oil blend that left our skin very velvety. The lights were kept pretty dim. Even putting our heads together, we could not figure out how many attendants we had, and who was who... That made it very hard to tip... We opted to just hand it to the english speaking "lead". We must have done well, because all 5 of them were dancing around us, hugging me, combing my hair, holding my make-up I was juggling in front of the mirror. All-in-all a funny situation. Another taxi was called for our return. Certainly a (very pricey) stop at the Argan Oil factory was not unplanned nor spur-of-the-moment...

Relaxing couples experience. - Great experience. Went with my husband and we had our hammam and massage together which was nice. The therapist were lovely and worked really hard during the massage and we got the full 1 hour time.

Great Care but Disturbances Affected the Experience - Booking was very straightforward. I was promptly picked up by a taxi and later dropped off at my hotel (in price included) . The treatment, which included a Hamam and a Berber massage, was truly pleasant. As I am heavily pregnant, extra care was taken to accommodate my needs. The staff were very friendly and frequently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Even though they spoke little English, we managed to communicate effectively. However, there were some disturbances during the treatment that impacted the experience. In both the Hamam and the massage room, staff members repeatedly entered, which disrupted the relaxing atmosphere. This was especially uncomfortable given that I was undressed – something I find unpleasant even among women. Additionally, a man in the adjacent room was speaking loudly with his masseuse and laughing frequently, which made it difficult to fully relax. That being said, the treatment itself was very good and professionally done.
