I’m a local foodie & proud to introduce you to the indigenous flavors of Morocco! My small tours combine traditional cuisine with storytelling and history lessons. Far from your typical tajine or couscous dinner, my tours are curated to highlight my favorite hidden gastro-gems while showing you my amazing city!

We will sample 12 to 15 delicious recipes including home-cooked-style eats, street food and traditional dishes like Refissa, Bastilla, Harira, Briouat. Not to forget the desserts, fresh juices & of course, Moroccan tea! I will explain each dishes’ components and historical relevance.

This experience includes all food items & taxi pickup & drop-off inside Agadir city! If you’re outside Agadir, I can arrange for your safe, hassle-free transportation!

I accept 8 participants max, to provide personalized attention without compromise.

Absolutely Amazing!!! - This tour with Abdel is an absolute must when visiting Agadir. Abdel makes it feel like you are visiting a friends city, and they are showing you all the best secret spots where the locals eat. Me and my partner felt completely safe and looked after by Abdel, so that we could truly enjoy the whole experience. I honestly can't communicate how good this tour is. Try it for yourself and then you will know what i mean. Best food tour ever!!! P.s make sure you go on an empty belly

Excellent - Wow... what a day we had with Abdel! This is a must of you are in Agadir and want to see and experience Moroccan food culture. Worth every penny and Abdel was such a genuine and knowledgeable host. Definitely recommend.

Great experience - Great food tour, I've been on a few and this is definitely one of the better ones! Food was lovely all the way through- loads of food so pace yourself! Nothing was too much trouble, would 100% recommend

Amazing food tour - You better show up on an empty stomach. Because this guy will take you to eight amazing food venues. This is the real deal, authentic Moroccan cuisine. And they don’t skimp on the portions. What I especially loved, is all the information that was given to us about each, and every dish served. He explained what it was, why it was important to Moroccan culture, and how it was made. And if you forgot, no worries, because he’ll send you a text message with a picture and a description of what you just ate. in addition to all the great food, he gives you a tour of the Moroccan souk which was an added bonus. his English is excellent, and he’s very easy to understand. I would highly recommend this tour.

Absolutely Recommend - Abdel is the absolute best guide. He goes above and beyond. He took care of provisions for dietary restrictions and provided wonderful information about the local culture. He is super personal and very kind. A pleasure to be around. I would give him ten stars if I could ❤️!

Fun way to explore foods in Agadir - Abdel was amazing, very knowledgeable and great sense of humor! Tour was excellent value for money and we had a variety of foods that were all delicious (except for the snails 😅)

Delicious and Adventurous - We had the absolute best time on this food tour. Our guide was very attentive, accommodating to the best places that were all delicious and interesting. He made sure we were all safe and very aware of everyone staying together. I give him 5 stars!!!

Outstanding tour guide and delicious food! - Abdel was one of the kindest, most knowledgeable tour guides I have ever experienced, and I have been all over the world. It was so apparent that this city and its food is his passion and that he put great care and thought in not only the food stands we would visit but also the order in which we would visit them. He sprinkled entertaining stories throughout the tour and really took the time to make sure everyone was happy (our tour group was over 20 people on a surgical mission trip, with crazy schedules that he happily accommodated). On a personal note, when one of our group members had a special request he not only obliged, he followed up several days later to check in and still make sure she was ok. He is a wonderful human being and I plan to reach out to him directly in the future for yours like this when we come back.

Highly recommended tour! - Abdel was an excellent guide! We were able to eat a myriad of different Moroccan foods, all of which were delicious. He was informative about both the food & Agadir itself, and combined the food tour with a tour of Souk El Had. If you want to experience the real Morocco, this is not to be missed.

Best food tour we have experienced - We thoroughly enjoyed our food tour of Agadir hosted by the excellent Abdel. Hassle free pick up and drop off. Not only a food tour but a tour of the souk. This was a great introduction to traditional Moroccan food, and what a lot of food there was!. Abdel is not only very friendly but is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the town and the food. We learned so much from him and enjoyed his company throughout. We have been on many food tours in different countries, this is a definite 5 star tour. Be warned, go with an empty stomach.
