Kasbat Souss - village of craftsmen Kasbat Souss (which we also see written Kasbah Souss) does not look like much from the outside. Inside, it’s something else: a very lively artisanal souk, which is even the number one from Agadir to And Morocco.
The number of shops gathered there is around fifty, and they are all interesting for those who want to bring back a quality souvenir of their stay in Morocco.
We reach Kasbat Souss 10 minutes from the tourist area of
Agadir.
by The village is located in Bensergao, on the left, shortly before the Royal Palace and the Marjane department store.
Kasbat Souss brings together artisans who, for the most part.

Kasbat Souss features a cozy eatery, open to both craftspeople and tourists. It offers delectable tagines or a daily special, which can be, for instance, sardines. It’s available for dining almost constantly. The ambiance is humble, captivating, comfortable and cool. The rates are extremely affordable. Freshly pressed orange juice, served without any dilution.
Various artisans ply their trades in the presence of the patrons: loom operators engrossed in their weaving, potters, shoemakers, metalworkers, stone and wood sculptors, and experts in cedar wood inlay work. This last craft, originating in Essaouira, flourished when it reached Agadir.
Situated at the rear of Kasbat Souss, facing the sea, is a pottery studio named Agadir Poterie. Here, you have the opportunity to place orders for a variety of bespoke items. The terracotta inscriptions marking the principal chambers of the Star Garden, like the Atlas Lounge, originate from this establishment.
