Little marrakech (Taroudant) - Pleasantly surprised! It was a lovely change from Agadir. Nice paced excursion where you can get picked up and dropped off at your hotel in a minivan complete with AC. On route to Taroudant ( a pink walled city) there was a quick pit stop where we saw goats in a tree. On arrival in Taroudant we were led around the souk by our guide. Lunch was included in Tiout at Oasis Tiout, which was the best I had in my time in Morocco. A homemade feast. You have to purchase drinks. The place is a little gem in the middle of nowhere. Definitely worthy of a separate trip if you want some peace and quiet. Last stop an oasis with a kasbah in the background. Some opted to ride a donkey. My honest review, a 5 out of 5. Great for solos and families alike.

Really enjoyed Tiout Oasis - Fun trip, enjoyed Tiout Oasis, but we really didn't see much of Taroudant.
Pick up was straight-forward and the driver was very good.
We stopped en-route to Tiout Oasis for a quick bathroom break.
We drove through the Tiout villages, getting a nice quick look before driving up to Tiout Kasbah for a great view over the oasis and villages, with the mountains in the distance.
Here we met our guide, who was genuinely excellent. Knowledgeable and entertaining. Great English and French language skills. Next up we walked down the hill to where locals were waiting with donkeys. You could pay to ride the donkeys into the oasis, through a nice scenic area. You have the opportunity to have you photo taken (and to buy the photos).
Donkey-ride over, we walked onwards through the oasis, seeing various fruits being grown and the irrigation system that has been built. There were multiple opportunities to buy souvenirs (haggling is advised) from small stalls - this was nice as there was zero pressure.
At the end of this really nice and interesting walk through the oasis we were met by the driver and driven back up to the Tiout Kasbah for lunch.
Lunch was really good, traditional Moroccan tagine - everyone doing the tour very much enjoyed it. The location was very nice as well. You could buy drinks.
At this point it was 3pm, and we left for Taroudant. As it was already 3pm we knew there was zero chance that we were getting back by 5pm as we had expected.
The Taroudant part of the tour very much an after thought. We stopped briefly next to the city walls for a photo opportunity, you can find the location on google maps by searching for 'Place 6 Novembre'.
We quickly taken from here to the Souk and given a walking tour by the driver/guide though one local market and then a tourist market. The local market was interesting to those who hadn't seen something similar before (it's a market - everything you can imagine is on sale there). The tourist market was hell and the opposite of the souvenir opportunities in Tiout Oasis. Incredibly pushy sales people who were such a pain that they actively put-off many in the group from evening looking at what they were selling. Very much what you expect from a market entirely targeted at tourists. I'm very much used to these situations, but many aren't and the sales people should realise they'd sell more if they chilled out a little.
From here it was straight back to Agadir. We arrived back at our hotel a little after 7pm.
Overall, my group really enjoyed Tiout Oasis, but thought Taraoudant Souk was only OK. Everyone would have much preferred to have seen more of the city and walls. Markets are largely the same everywhere, seeing the city would have been far more interesting. We didn't need to stop at the terrible tourist market.
The driver and the guide were both excellent.

Might have been better - The trip itself was pretty good on the whole though it did kind of feel as if we spent too much time on the bus. The pick-up process was insane with us going around in circles. Our guide was informative but kept on telling us how great he was every few minutes which became tiresome quite quickly.
The meal at the oasis restaurant was lovely. No complaints there.
The trip to the oasis was NOT suitable for disabled people, the first 200 yards or so being steep and treacherous.
Very good trip but might have been better.

Perfect if it is your first days in Morocco - Firstly, I would like to emphasize that the team of guides are really friendly and easy going people! We got lost on the souk and there was no rush and bad atmosphere because of that. It is a good trip if you just arrived and have no plans. I wish to have opportunity to know more about the history of Tourdant rather than listening about the leather craft, but I guess it depends on personal interests. Souk was a cool experience after all. Lunch could be in Oasis or after Oasis tour. The story about caravans and the dactyl seeds was really amazing, such a legend. I would be interest also about knowing the story about ruins of Jewish village and the castle itself in Tiout. I think this trip after all has potential! Maybe it could be improved by dividing it into a local/souk model, and historical model (for visiting based on interests). Thank you for the wonderful time spent together and wish you big luck in providing trips.

Day Trip To Taroudant with Lunch - Were picked up from our Agadir hotel on time. First stop was the goats up the Argan Tree. We were then taken to Taroudant and given a tour of the souk, which was great and informative.
We then drove to Tiout Oasis were we enjoyed lunch, chicken tagine with couscous, followed by fresh oranges. After lunch a local guide gave us a tour of the oasis.
The day trip was excellent value which we all enjoyed.

All day HOT experience. Tiring. - First, the good. Driver and tour guide were safe and informative. The visit to both sites were really interesting. Everyone very helpful. The lunch of chicken terrine, couscous and flatbreads, followed by fresh fruit and sweet pastries was delicious.
Not so good. Be aware, Inland at Taroudant it is far hotter than by the coast at Agadir. Take water. The minibus was full and one guest even had to sit up front between driver and tour guide.
I wish the walk at the oasis had been done before our splendid lunch as, with the heat of 38-40 degrees, I felt really unwell. Had we been told that once you’re en route, there’s no escaping the heat and dusty track back to the bus, my husband and I, at our age particularly would have stayed in the cool Riad.
