Great organization. - Our guide Hafid kept in constant contact so that we could be picked up at the right place and at the right time. Concerning transport and service, no bad surprises. Everything was there: atmosphere, kindness, organization and entertainment. We were 2 adults and a 3 year old child and everything went extremely well. Thank you again for all.

Very pleasant !!! - The tour went pretty well, it's a shame that that same day the weather was not good and we couldn't see a good sunset and in addition a lot of wind which rose and the The event had to be canceled. We were able to have dinner there and have a good time, in addition to the camel ride which is very pleasant and a stop on the way for an argan oil demonstration where they invite you to drink tea and try different types of oils. The best thing about our experience was Hassan, our guide, a boy who was very attentive to us at all times, helping us with everything and accompanying us at all times, even when everything got complicated with the wind, he was worried about us, so that we were the whole group together and nothing happened to us. He is an exceptional guy and I would rate him a 10 as a guide, tour organizer, waiter (hahaha) and most importantly as a person. If we come back I would repeat to complete this experience that we were unable to finish and if I could choose a guide, I would ask to go back with Hassan.

Amazing excursion - Amazing excursion, pleasant and calming camel ride. The place where we had dinner was magnificent, we were treated to a welcome in a Moroccan atmosphere and then we were able to watch a great fire show at the end of the evening. The guide is welcoming and smiling. I recommend 👌🏼

I highly recommend !! - Walid and Abdul were awesome! Abdul’s driving got us to our destinations safe and sound and Walid is the a really good tour guide. He made sure that our group had the best experience with our activities; we had a fun camel ride, got the best views of the sunset, campfire, shows, and made the trip to the Agafay Desert fun. The food was also delicious. This was definitely worth the price and I highly recommend both Walid and Abdul.

Fun but a little rushed. - Mixed views. Abdul our guide was great, great sense of humour & saved it. It all seemed a little disorganised. However, that was the general feel of Morocco. We were late being picked up. We just chose quads (I thought) so we had to waste some time at the camp while the others had their camel ride. Quads were superb fun. I have never done it before or had motorbikes as I grew up. But I will be looking to do this again. Because we were last in the dining area we well left worrying if we had been missed. Food was excellent and very nice. Personally I found the entertainment painful and cheesy. Traditional maybe, but a little painful. I just realised there was no belly dancers. Then before we could take a breath we were told we were going. Quads excellent fun the rest was not great. We had done similar in Dubai which was leagues above this. I’m not sure how it all works as there were so many different operators doing the same or similar things. So the idea of the activity yes do it, this actual company I would hope there was better. But I don’t know as this was my only exposure. I think quad 5 star, overall 3 star, but I think our was a little rushed as we had a bit of rain and very windy. So it may have been called to a close early due to weather. So not to damage things I would say 4 star.

It's a fun activity - The boys loved the camel ride and the quad. Then dinner with a pre-show of Berbers singing was less entertaining, the drinks are not included and they ask for tips at every step but the guys who coordinate the activities are very friendly and you gladly give them.

Family friendly, needs bettet structure - The concept is interesting but it's execution can be better. I would give it a rating somewhere between Average and Very good. The company that arranged the transport did its job well with the exception that the driver was mostly conversant in Arabic and French. So English speakings guests like us had to guess as to what was going on. The instructions regarding the structure of journey was not provided. We suddenly stopped at an Argon oil cooperative, which while interesting, wasn't a necessity. After reaching the desert destination, the driver did not tell us when the program would roughly end and what we needed to do after that. It would make a better experience if he came to the camp to collect his group at an allocated time, rather than we searching for him in the dark. This is alo important as there are many groups visiting at the same time and this causes confusion. The organisation at the Agafay camp was not present. This may not be the fault of the transport company as I believe they are different from ones running the camp. At the camp we had to continuously ask the people there when we would go for our camel and/or quad bike rides. Also, no general time was provided for dinner and it's end time. The food was average. The entertainment by the Berbers could have been organised better, with a proper introduction to their art and an explaination to what they were singing or performing. At the end, the experience ends with an unexpectedly good fire display. Again, this was done in a very unstructured fashion. Overall, an interesting experience for the whole family, but needs more structure and better customer experience.
