Could have been better organised - We booked the tour at 2.30 the day before we went, to be told it had changed to 4.30 because of a time difference- which when we spoke to the hotel staff about, they were as confused as us. We were picked up on a bus and picked up several more families which made the journey around 2 hours. We drove into a camp, turned around and drove off with no explanation. It had started to rain so we were unsure as to whether the tour was cancelled or not. We were driven to a different camp where we rode the camels, then were told my family was the only ones booked on to the quad bikes. The bus took the other passengers to the camp whilst we went on the quads. The quads were brilliant and the views were astounding. It’s started to rain heavily as we were driving back, but as we’re from the UK, we’re very used to rain. The bus wasn’t there when we got back, so we waited in a room at the side. A man in an unmarked, white car turned up and asked if we were with the tour. He told us to get in and he’d take us to the camp as the bus wasn’t coming back. We got in and we were pretty scared at this point. All our stuff was on the bus and we were in a strangers car, in the desert! The man thankfully took us to the camp and was very apologetic. The trip was redeemed in the camp. The guide and the man who picked us up did all they could to help us feel comfortable. They found us a coat, offered us more food and gave my son a Coke. The drive back was around 2 hours again and the roads had flooded, which can’t be helped.

Desert Agafay. Timo for tourists - I don't recommend it. We asked for guidance in Spanish and it was in English. The guide very friendly, but the organization of the company very bad. A very large group of at least 40 people on a bus. We were very early (14.40h), earlier than originally planned. The activity of Quad very short and following a dirt road. It was just a walk. The camel ride even shorter, of apanas 10 minutes. A walk around its facilities, we don't enter the desert, no dunes or anything. As we finished so fast and it was early, we were taken to an Argan cooperative, where we spent almost 2 hours with nothing to do, and in very hot weather. Our group dinner was not outdoors. While other companies dined outdoors, we dined in a wooden barracks, very hot and tight. Very loose dinner. A bottle of hot water and 3 very loose dishes. For dessert a slice of melon. Not even coffee. But the heat, we were looking forward to finishing to leave. The spectacle of it was if it was impressive, the best. The Moroccan workers and the guide were very friendly, trying to help. Best of the day, but only in English or French. I do not recommend doing it with this company. I would look for the option to do Quad and show, but in the late afternoon /6 or 7 in the afternoon). I think there are more interesting things to do in Marrakech.
