Don’t go. Not what is publicized in the description. - First the tour was nothing like the itinerary I booked. I booked a tour that was supposed to go to a World War 2 plane so that we could snorkel and take pictures. Second when I asked when we would see the plane (I even translated through an app) I was brushed off and said that he needed to help people get in the boat. Everything was very unprofessional. The all inclusive drinks were only during the lunch time hour. You had to pay for the rest.. water was free however. During the meal time you could also swim. The food was mostly cold. When it was time to go they raised the ladder and started cleaning up the food. They didn’t notice that there was still a swimmer in the water. I had to go find someone to lower the ladder. Then he asked for food and the main guy got mad at him because he hadn’t eaten when it was time. My family was very dissatisfied with this tour. We were looking forward to seeing the plane and was very let down with no explanation. The main guy was very rude and you could tell they were just hearing us from one place to another.

Last minute cancellation - Non-professional service. The excursion was cancelled at 15:00 the day before ... and it was too late to book another activity.

Not as advertised - Booked in March/April, expected tour as indicated but after 3 tries over 2 weeks to confirm booking, they informed us afternoon before trip that Iraklia/Schonousa was not operating yet this summer?! They offered Rinas Cave & Koufonisi instead; 3 hour stop in tiny village not same as multiples beaches:( Loud techno music on repeat for hours; limited snorkeling gear, warm wine, food mediocre…overall lack of communication about trip ahead of time and during made for a poor experience.
