Amazing value for money - If you’re looking for a cheaper way to get out on a boat, see the amazing coast in the area and visit Spinalonga before cooling off with a dip in a stunning bay then look no further. Yes, it’s a busy boat but for the price this is a seriously good deal. The staff are all friendly and we ended up buying two key rings. Spinalonga is incredible, and this is a great and cost effective way of getting there. The beach stop was great, a nice way to relax after exploring and the sea is crystal clear. The food was good. Have seen some negative comments on here - nonsense. The food was decent, for the price what more could you want. Great day out!

Fun history trip to Spinalonga! - Very good trip for only $30.20 a person. I spoke to someone else who paid 48 euros where they got picked up from their hotel, but the bus ride was two hours for them to get to port. We had a car, so only took us ten minutes. Sights were beautiful, water was perfectly cool, lunch was good. I gave four stars because boat was pretty crowded, but we grabbed some chairs from a stack and found a great spot in the corner. They also have snacks and drinks for sale on the boat. Spinalonga charged an 8 Euro entrance fee on top of tour price. We loved it!

Enjoyed ourselves - We had a lovely day. The boat left on time. Plenty of spaces for us to sit on. Weather perfect. Nothing to complain about.

Nice trip but avoid the “BBQ “. - Spiralonga is a must see, and the boat trip there was a nice trip- however the ‘BBQ’ was pretty dreadful. ‘Pork cooked over hot coals ‘ was most definitely NOT, and was instead a dry old bit of meat covered in something very salty - the ‘Greek salad’ was just shredded cabbage and a very nice soft cheese that was definitely not feta- and the nicest thing on the plate. Two dry bits of bread complemented the plate- with an apple for dessert. Save yourself €7 and get the trip without the BBQ that leaves at 1230 and bring yourself a packed lunch ! ( oh and the ‘beach’ they stop at is very rocky - stay on the boat and swim off the back)

Take your sunscreen! - Photographer takes your photo as you board ship, able to buy in key ring form later (8euros) Lovely sail across to Spinalonga, you are given a glossy information booklet about the island and some of the sites you pass by. There is a bar onboard, and crisps ice cream etc to buy. I foolishly didn’t take top up sunscreen. With the breeze and sea you don’t realise how hot it is! Charge to enter Spinalonga, 8 euros, and I was amazed at all the buildings. Would recommend having the guided tour, so you have the full experience/information, though there are signs explaining some parts of it. On way back, boat stopped of at Kolikoki Beach, opportunity to jump into the sea from the back of the boat, which I did aided by a lovely lady from Huddersfield who held my hand (out of my comfort zone but so glad she persuaded me and I did it) I didn’t have any of the food, which was served on board ship, not BBQ, and seemed to be pork steak, a red cabbage salad, Feta and bread, with a piece of fruit and juice or wine. Thoroughly enjoyed it all, but would recommend either reading the glossy book sailing there, or booking a guided tour, as I suspect I missed some of the history of buildings etc. Loved it 😀

Transportation to Spinalonga, cold steak on a tray, rocky paths and busy beach..?!?! - Very busy boat, many nationalities (lovely!). The transportation to Spinalonga was very scenic, the visit to the island is very interesting indeed (not included in the trip, one is simply brought there and deposited on the island (which is also fine). On the way back to Agios Nikolaos one is supposed to stop on a beach for a bbq, but 1) no bbq, one pork steak per person on the boat on a tray with a small salad, a piece of feta and a pear), plus 2) the swim on the beach, which is nice but too small for three boats, probably the busiest greek beach of the season and to get there one has to land on rocks and it is very unsafe (my husband had a knee replacement time ago and is not 100% agile, but can walk and do stairs without problems, but did not dare to run the risk of breaking a leg). Not sure it is worth the money…

Good but too short the time to visit the island - The time to visit the island was too short With just a leaflet to visit On the boat no translation into French , it is better to have some notions of English

Enjoyable but didn’t live up to expectation - Enjoyable day and food was good although it was not a BBQ. Excursion did not live up to our expectation or the expectation in the guide book. As a number of things were mentioned in the guide book but not pointed out specifically on board boat. States in guide that island of Agii Pantes will be stopped at to see the Cretian goats or even Barbarossa cave Guide book should have been given out when booking and not on the day as it contains a lot of information which needs to be digested. Either a guide or an audio guide should have been provided when visiting Spingalonga and more time on the island to explore.

Arrogant disregard for paying customers - Booked to leave at 10.00 . Eventually left at10.45 with no explanation, in fact very little by way of information in English . Plenty in French, Italian and German . Straight to Spinalonga with enough time to look around . The leaflet indicated we were to be met by an English speaking guide . No one materialised . Then to a sandy beach approached by a very rocky path .30 minutes for a swim from a very crowded beach , however the sea was lovely. Back to the boat where we had a tray given to us with a choice of chicken or pork, ( pork was lukewarm and had never been near a BBQ. ) some coleslaw , two pieces of bread and an apple. The drink was supposedly a sparkling white wine . On the return journey it stated the boat was to circumnavigate an island to hopefully see some goats that inhabited it . In fact the boat went straight back to its home port . We lost about 35 minutes of the trip we paid for . Really poor communication. It was evident that the delay at the start was to be made up on the trip by cutting short the advertised journey that everyone had paid for . Total disregard for the passengers .
