Definitely worth it - All in all very good at this price. Spinalonga definitely worth visiting. There is a swim on the way there, shame it’s not on the way back as it would make more sense. The guides story is a little lengthy but overall gives a good idea of islands history.

Fabulous trip to the interesting island of Spinalonga. Good price for a good trip! - Friendly staff - helpful and informative. Good day for not a huge amount of money in comparison to other trips. We didn’t get food but what I saw others have looked nice and fresh. if you want a choice of seats get there early, it gets very busy 12 onwards. It gets very hot and windy like the rest of the island, but there is a nice swim spot on the way there. Spinalonga was fascinating, the guide was very knowledgeable - almost too knowledgeable - information overload on a hot day! Nice walk round and my teens enjoyed exploring the buildings. As a nurse I found the history of the lepers and their lives on the island fascinating and very heartbreaking. I’m so pleased we went and I’d highly recommend.

Lush - We fancied a trip out to Spinaloga while in Agios, and due to the fact our airport pick up wasn't until 9pm, we booked this for our last day, basically to kill some time. There are 2 options. 1st boat sailed at 1030 and included a bbq on the beach, on the way to the island and cost €27 pp. The 2nd boat sailed at 1230 and returned at 1700 so we opted for this. It cost €20pp and stopped off in a cove on the way for a half hour swim off the back of the boat. It was lush, jumping into the sea and swimming around for a bit before onwards to the island. Once docked at the 'leper' colony, we had a short guided tour then were left to our own devices for about an hour before the return trip. There is a fee of €8 pp (€4 if you are uder 27) to enter the colony but in the scheme of things, that was nothing. We learned a lot and found it very interesting. All in all, we had a fantastic afternoon with these guys and would recommend it.

Great day, well worth the windy boat trip - Walking the streets of Spinalonga, so much history but incredibly sad to think about the last inhabitants- the Leper Colony.

Spinalonga - Very nice cruise, friendly and helpful staff. Tips: at least one more bathroom stop! Possibility to take a guided tour of the island in the available languages.

Spinalonga excellent but need more time - Overall this is a good way to see Spinalonga island for relatively cheap. The boat leaves at 12:30 but if you want preference over whether you sit in the sun or the shade then I suggest arriving around 12, as the trip is 45 minutes to get there. The boat does have refreshments on board. In the way to the island the boat stopped for 30 minutes for swimming. Personally I would’ve preferred this stop on the way back from the island as I didn’t fancy getting my hair wet and skin sticky from the saltwater to then walk around for 1.5 hours. Our English speaking guide was extremely friendly knowledgable, however there was almost too much information to take in for the time we had. We then had about 30-40 minutes to explore the island by ourselves. The island is small but to explore at a leisurely pace ideally you’d need a bit more time allowed as we only had time to explore the perimeter and not venture up to the top. Spinalonga itself is excellent and really rich in history and definitely worth the trip.

Could have been better - Unfortunately, we were not told that the boat stopped for swimming so weren't equipped for it. Boat was over crowded and it was very hot so an uncomfortable ride over to the island. Ours was the biggest (English) group and we couldn't hear the guide. Would have been better had we been able to learn more about the history of Spinalonga. Hardly any shade on the island so unbearably hot. In hindsight, we wouldn't have gone in July.

Time spent in the wrong way - The trip was OK. Not enough time to visit the island (we had around 50min) and we missed out on a lot of things. I would avoid standing for 25min in one place listening to the guide and maybe just have a walking tour. I would also recommend skipping the 25min random swim around the boat as the point of the trip is visiting Spinalonga. We could not even try the beach on the island which had some amazing waters, nor had the time for the gift shop. Overall, I would recommend finding your own way to the island which might allow for more time and freedom
