Hospitable - PUNKAJ our Driver/Tour Guide during the long drive from Delhi to Agra to Fatiphur Sikri - was very pleasant, as he was our “genie” during the trips! My goodness ... he went beyond expectations! What a treat to have him take us! Not to mention the Best Guides that the agency hires to tour you to your destination.

Highly Recommend this tour - My husband and I were staying in Delhi but wanted to see the Taj Mahal. We were wary of going by train after reading some horror stories. Also it seemed like a very hard effort to have to get a taxi, then a train, then a taxi to our hotel in Agra plus transport around Agra to the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort etc. This two day tour was so much more efficient and most importantly we felt safe at all times. It's a fairly expensive trip but well worth the money. We booked the four star hotel but in hindsight I would probably spend the extra money and stay at the Trident as we went there for lunch and it was superb. Our driver, Ravi was amazing. He battled the mental roads of Delhi with amazing skill and craft and was super friendly and knowledgable. He collected us from our hotel and drove us down to Agra along the highway, stopping for a short break on the way to stretch our legs and use the bathroom. Its a 3 and a half hour drive. We met our tour guide at the first monument, the 'baby taj'. Sanjay was an excellent tour guide, not only was he knowledgeable but he was passionate about everything he told us. We had plenty of time at Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal with a beautiful 5* buffet lunch at the Trident. Sanjay was also a great photographer, taking lots of great photo's of us! The stand out part of this tour is obviously the Taj Mahal but I am so glad that we had Sanjay there with us. The Taj Mahal is not just a monument, its a love story and one that Sanjay told with such passion and enthusiasm it almost brought me to tears. If we had just gone to the Taj Mahal ourselves, we would never have got the depth of history and knowledge that we got with our guide. We stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton. I have written a separate review for this hotel. Ravi dropped us off and we arranged a time to meet him the next morning. He was there early and we set off for Fatehpur Sikri where we met a different tour guide. I'm sorry that I can't remember his name. This tour was two very long but fulfilling days seeing real India but doing so safely. I am grateful for booking this trip after seeing first hand the roads, lack of effective and safe transport and the volume of people, we made the right decision to see Agra and the Taj Mahal in this way. I would highly reccomend this tour.

As two ladies in India, we just felt so safe with our driver and tour guide, it was really excellent service. We had a wonderful time, we arrived everywhere in time, everything was just perfect. Our driver was so experienced and kind all the time, and our tour guide was so professional and took care of everything. I will travel to Singapore next week, and I 've chosen our programs from here as well, as I was so satisfied with everything. Best service providing team! I could manage all my questions and needs via email and phone, everybody in the process was helpful and professional. Thank you again!!

The sites were naturally incredible... -
The sites were naturally incredible, especially Fatepuhr Sikri, but the guides really set this tour apart. The driver was exceptionally friendly, kind, and welcoming. He provided a bit of cultural insights while maintaining periods of good conversation. The guides for all three sites were exceptional. They had a wealth of knowledge, history, and insights to offer. They ensured that I was well taken care of, had my curiosity satisfied, and left quite pleased. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this trip.

Tour met expectations for the most... -
Tour met expectations for the most part and is worth doing - with some caveats and room for improvement - we were picked up at Marriott Aerocity Delhi, driven to Agra, and saw TaJ Mahal and Agra Fort that afternoon, Fatehpur Sikri the next morning. A couple issues (minor) - driver was late for pickup; local tour concessionaire in Agra was ill-informed (he did not "know" we were completely prepaid and asked how we would pay for the hotel and the admission fees to each place); the Radisson in Agra was not up to the "5-star" rating they self proclaimed (food there was marginal at best). But perhaps worst was the "obligatory" stop at the "Marble Factory" in Agra for a "demonstration" of the local marble handicraft, and then excess pressure to buy some marble at prices that were exhorbitant even after negotiations . That side-trip should be completely optional and when told No Thank You the tour shouldn't stop there. The car ride to and from Agra is very very long, and the return through Delhi traffic can seem interminable - but it beats fighting the crowds on the trains and was perfectly safe.

The tour guide in Agra primary... -
The tour guide in Agra primary interest was in getting me to purchase high-end products from the vendors she chose. Our visit to the Taj was very brief due to the way she scheduled the day. She was very insistent that I purchase more photos than I had agreed to and expected me to select my choose of photos in the dark.

Overall the tour went very well... -
Overall the tour went very well. Lodging was very comfortable and restaurants selected at the Hotels in Agra were very nice and food was good. Tour guide for Fort Agra and Taj Mahal was exceptional. I was Very displeased with tour of Fatehpur city. Tour guide was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable with his anti-American attitude. Felt we were rushed through the tour with little explaination. Then taken to his "family's" store to purchase their items and we we didnt want to spend an additional $100 US on souvineers he stood up, ripped the curtain open and stomped out of the room saying nothiing to us. I would highly not recommend to anyone to visit this city.
