Best day with Abdul at Agra - I was picked up from the airport on time, my driver Vikash, was very kind. My tour guide Abdul majid made the trip special I learned the history of Agra and left with special earrings and bracelet.

First time at Taj Mahal and Agra Fort !! - Shain khan was amazing today !! he was super nice , caring and welcoming . He had so much knowledge to share about history of Taj Mahal and Agra Fort and throughout the guide he would caution us on what to be aware of as tourist . Highly recommended him . 🙏🙏

Great experience with Shain - Worth getting a tour guide to see the Taj Mahal. Shain was very informative and pleasant to spend the day with. Found that people with tour guides were given more access to take photos without obstruction and be able to be closer to the tomb area without being ushered along by security.

Very good overall experience with our very knowledgeable guide MK. He was very friendly and explained everything nicely, including some insights. We really enjoyed our time at the Taj!

Full day Agra - The trip was overall okay — I was able to see both Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal, and of course the beauty of these sites is extraordinary.
However, the organisation of the tour was disappointing. The driver did not speak English, which made communication difficult, especially as a foreign traveller. I was also given different car/driver details beforehand, so when a newly assigned driver began calling me in a language I couldn’t understand, I felt nervous and had to verify that he was indeed my driver. The organiser should have informed me directly of any changes.
During the drive, we stopped for a break at a place that did not appear clean. As someone with a sensitive stomach, this was uncomfortable, and I was left waiting outside feeling uneasy. This is not the driver’s fault — he was doing his best — but the arrangements were not ideal.
The guide was also trying hard, but he seemed unaware of my full itinerary. The tour felt shorter than expected: most full-day tours are around 10 hours, but we left at 7am and I was back by 4:30pm, so it felt more like a half-day trip.
I was also disappointed with how things were managed at the Taj Mahal entrance, which was quite unpleasant and stressful. I never received an itinerary in advance, and no water was provided, which is surprising given the cost of the tour by Indian standards.
Overall, while I’m grateful I got to visit these incredible sites, the tour management needs significant improvement. I’m unsure if I would book through Viator again.
Again, I don’t think it was the guide or the driver’s issue. They did their best to help me .
