Visit the stunning Taj Mahal (closed on Fridays), a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World, renowned as the most extravagant symbol of love ever built. Constructed by 20,000 workers over 17 years, this memorial was dedicated to Shah Jahan’s cherished wife. The structure is a masterpiece of white marble and semi-precious stones – “undoubtedly the highlight of the tour.”
After visiting the Taj Mahal, return to the hotel for breakfast.
- Agra Fort - Continue with a tour of the impressive Agra Fort, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. This formidable red sandstone fortress encloses the imperial city of the Mughal rulers within its 2.5-km-long walls. It features numerous enchanting palaces, such as the Jahangir Palace and the Khas Mahal, built by Shah Jahan; audience halls like the Diwan-i-Khas; and two exquisite mosques.
- Priya Restaurant - Pause for lunch around 1:30pm to enjoy a buffet at one of the finest local restaurants.
- Sanskriti’s Imperial Gems - After lunch, embark on a guided shopping tour of Agra to discover the city’s local handicrafts and shopping centers. Look for marble inlay work, high-quality carpets, Zari and embroidery, leather goods, and more.

Knowledgeable guide and safe capable driver - Had a good time with our knowledgable guide and capable driver! They were so patient, and we felt so safe being under their care despite all the crowds at the attractions / traffic. Learnt a lot from our guide too. Full day Agra Tour. - Praveen aka Rocky was an excellent Guide. He has very good knowledge about the ancient history and was very helpful. Also a kind hearted person and help us on the full day trip.

Just the right amount of information - Pravin Ji was an adaptable guide which is very important to us. We don't want the million word history, which he is very capable of delivering, but instead wanted highlights to fill the gaps in our knowledge. Most guides have a hard time adjusting. He did beautifully.
