- Taj Mahal - The Taj Mahal (“Crown of the Palaces”)is an ivory-white marble mausoleum on the south bank of the Yamuna river in the Indian city of Agra. It was commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan (reigned from 1628 to 1658), to house the tomb of his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal.
Construction of the mausoleum was essentially completed in 1643 but work continued on other phases of the project for another 10 years. The Taj Mahal was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983 for being “the jewel of Muslim art in India.
- Agra Fort - Agra Fort is a historical fort in the city of Agra in India. It was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty until 1638, when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi. In 1983, the Agra fort has been inscribed as UNESCO World Heritage site.The fort can be more accurately described as a walled city.
Agra Fort is the only fort in India where all early Mughal emperors lived. The Fort stands on an ancient site and was traditionally known as Badalgarh.

Taj Mahal and Fortress - Driver Hukam and the Tour guide were very kind and informative throughout the tour. We had a great time and I recommend this to all who want to see the Taj Mahal and understand its history.

Fantastic tour - We had an amazing day visiting the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort as well as other places in Agra. Our driver Sachin was fantastic, very friendly and professional. He made us feel very safe in the hectic traffic. His car was very clean and comfortable. We picked up local guide Shanu in Agra. Shanu was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. He took many photos for us. He told us so much history. Lunch was fabulous. We enjoyed the day thoroughly and would totally recommend this trip, Sachin and Shanu to anyone wishing to do this tour.

Great tour - The guide Vikram was very knowledgeable, considerate and friendly. the driver Manoj was very friendly and on time. For safety, every time he needed to make a call, he pulled over and stopped the car. Great tour!

Exceptional Private Tour Experience with Manoj Kumar in India - During our visit to the Taj Mahal, we hired a private tour service, and Manoj Kumar was our private driver. Everything was perfect; he is very professional and friendly, and he drives exceptionally well. For us as foreigners, the traffic and differences in driving rules in India can be overwhelming, but Manoj handled it flawlessly, ensuring the safety of the tourists. If I return to India, I will definitely call him again for another tour.

Awesome experience! - We had the pleasure of having Vikram as our tour guide at the Taj Mahal, and I highly recommend his services. He offers a thorough understanding of the site's history and highlights details that might otherwise go unnoticed, making the experience truly enriching. The Taj Mahal itself is breathtaking, Vikram's insights into its history and architecture add an extra layer of appreciation.

Good tour of an amazing place - A good tour with an informative, engaging, and helpful guide (Vikram) and a friendly and careful driver (Mashek). Advance communication from the company could be better, but the trip itself was excellent, with Vikram proving knowledgable about the Taj Mahal and Agra, and a fine photographer!
Edit: The company contacted me afterward to apologize for the communication lapse and explain that they were having issues receiving messages sent through Viator (which is what I had used to try to contact them in the days leading up to the tour).

Sunrise Taj Mahal - We did the sunrise tour of the Taj Mahal and from start to finish it was an excellent experience. The driver promptly picked us up at our Delhi hotel and drove the 3hr ride to Agra. Wi-Fi and water were provided and the car was clean and very comfortable. Upon arriving in Agra we picked up our guide, Vikram, who was fantastic. He is from Agra and clearly cares for his city and its history. While at the Taj, he was informative and helpful (holding out stuff and answering questions). It was truly a magical experience. After the Taj Mahal, we were very hot and exhausted so Vikram and the driver accommodated our needs for a rest and adjusted the tour accordingly. A fabulous day all around. Highly recommend.

Unforgettable Trip - Nawal was my driver on this tour. He picked me up from my hotel and it was about a 3 hour drive to Agra. I loved the Taj Mahal and Agra fort. My tour guy was Vikram. Both of these men were the best of the best! I highly recommend this tour and if you can request either of these guys do it! I was solo and felt very safe with them.

Amazing day trip tour of Agra from Delhi! - I had a wonderful tour with Vikram, my guide in Agra, and Uday, my driver to and from Delhi.
From the start, the team was very accommodating. I could only do this visit on Friday and so even though the Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays the team was able to adjust my tour to include a visit to the Mehtabh Gardens for an awesome view of the Taj Mahal as well as a visit to “Baby Taj” (Itmad-ud-Daula) and Agra Fort.
Vikram is a very friendly and informative guide - through his detailed storytelling and passion for his hometown, I was able to get a full appreciation for the history of this area and the development of these sites. Vikram also was the best photographer, giving me guidance on the best spots for pictures!
Uday is a very kind and helpful driver - he was timely to every spot. On the long drive to and from Delhi, he and I chatted about everything I needed and wanted to know about India. Uday kept the car cool with AC all day and always had water bottles ready for me, which was much needed on a long day.
Overall, as a female solo traveler, I felt very safe and supported throughout this tour. I would recommend this tour to those looking for a fun and informative day trip to Agra/Taj Mahal.
