• Agra - In the early morning, the driver will pick you up from your Delhi hotel or preferred location and drive to Agra. Along the way, there will be a stop for tea, coffee, or snacks. After the break, the journey to Agra will continue.

• Taj Mahal - Upon arrival, you will visit the Taj Mahal, the mausoleum of Mumtaz Mahal, the former wife of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. This magnificent white marble mausoleum was constructed in Agra between 1631 and 1648 by the order of Shah Jahan in memory of his wife. The Taj Mahal is a jewel of Muslim art in India and a universally admired masterpiece of world heritage. Located along the banks of the River Yamuna, the Taj Mahal spans nearly 42 acres. It is believed that the emperor chose this particular spot for its peaceful and soothing ambiance.

• Agra Fort - After visiting the Taj Mahal, enjoy lunch at one of Agra’s finest restaurants, then proceed to Agra Fort. Commissioned by the great Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1565, the fort is a classic example of Mughal architecture. It effectively demonstrates how the northern Indian style of fort construction differed from that of the south, where most forts, like the one at Bekal in Kerala, were built on the seabed.
