It was a pleasant... - It was a pleasant experience. Everthing went well as expected. The tour guide was very kind and experienced. They know the area very well so you don’t have to be worried for anything.

Rashid was excellent! - Really well done and accommodating. We were delayed by a day and the adjusted for us. No extra fees. Looked after us, and combination was excellent. In a mad busy city, they were excellent.

Tour with sunny - Great experience, professional guide. The tour guide was Sunny, met him at the gate and took the tour outside and inside the Taj Mahal. He was kind and willing to wait for pictures.

Great facts & kind guide! - Rashid was a great tour guide! His English was very good and he had so many interesting facts and stories to share! He was very kind and patient when a bug flew in my eye & it didn’t come out til the very end of the tour 😂. I recommend!

Taj mahal tickets with guided tour - Akbran tour was quick in there work.
As soon as i ask them about the booking of taj mahal tickets ,they sent it in 5 minutes. We also hired a local guide with then and it was great . Guide was knowledgeable and polite . Surely recommend them.

Excellent full and fast tour to visit the Taj Majal - I had little time and booked just an hour in advance and everything was excellent. They immediately contacted me. My guide Sunny was excellent. He knew all the history and details and even made it as a photographer taking great photos since I was traveling alone. I highly recommend this tour to not stand in line and have excellent service.

There are no clear... - There are no clear instructions. They just share the tickets and do not help with skipping the line as such. We had to stand in queue.

Ridiculous - Very poor. I was told I would be contacted on the day by the tour guide. This never happened despite me chasing the agency numerous times the day before, no contact or instructions were given.
Very unclear guidance provided, and when I informed Viator of this they wanted nothing todo with it and offered no refund.
A shame, as there’s lots of good reviews too, but in my own experience it was shambolic and nearly spoilt my visit. After not hearing from them at 10pm the night before my 6am tour, I booked my own ticket on the website at additional expense. Luckily this meant I could still visit on a once in a lifetime trip
