Best tour company in Cusco - Definitely book with this company. My brother and I got sick and couldn’t make the train on the day we booked; however, the company was able to get us a ticket for the following day and I couldn’t be more grateful for their communication as well as their accommodation. Sam was one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had the privilege to learn from. He’s an amazing human and the information he shared, I will carry with me for life. What a wonderful and enlightening experience from start to finish. ❤️

Great experience - The tour guides were excellent and passionate about their culture. They were well informed about the Inca culture and the historical events. They were reliable, punctual and very hospitable. Our two guides Samuel and Janet were wonderful.

Machu Picchu with Henry Soria - Henery was an excellent guide for our Machu Picchu visit. He was very knowledgeable about Incan history and I enjoyed the tour!

We booked the day before arriving, and they organized the entire tour including getting us admission to circuit 2 and 4 in less than 24 hours. You are very well taken care of with professional drivers and transport all organized for you, no hassle and worry free way to see Machu Picchu. On top of that, our guide Samuel spoke with emotion and connection to the culture, and had a depth of knowledge much much deeper than any guide we’ve had (even some in Machu Picchu). Very happy with our tour and guide.

Brilliant from start to finish - It was a really well organised tour from start to finish. Ana Maria was a super tour guide, infectious with tons of passion and the ability to bring the life of the Quecuas (Incas) alive! The transport, food and accommodation were all great. This is a great way to get a flavour of the Inca trail and is incredibly rewarding! Highly recommended!

Unforgettable experience - Samuel was amazing and went out of his way to help us during our Machu Picchu tour given the troubled circumstances at that time !

2-day trip to Machu Picchu by train - Overall experience was absolutely incredible. Everyone involved was extremely helpful and friendly. The one downfall was getting to Machu Picchu Pueblo, our spot for accommodation did not have a room for us. However, our amazing tour guide Samuel found us another accommodation immediately. Samuel was very welcoming and helped us get our entrance tickets to Machu Picchu. We had Wilson as our tour guide in Machu Picchu and would absolutely recommend him again. He was phenomenal, knowledgeable, and an absolute delight to be around. This was a perfect tour for a time limited experience to Machu Picchu.

Nice trip but I would recommend to just book everything individually or just in Cusco because it is much cheaper. - Everything worked out well, I would just not book this trip anymore because it is quite overpriced. I had one contact person who managed the trip and did a good job, reacted super fast when something was not working, always helpful and very friendly. The transport from Cusco to Aguas Clientes worked well, when arriving at the train station the city I was supposed to be picked up by someone from the hotel, the pickup was at the exit of the train station, but unfortunately that was not clear to me as the exit is also very bad indicated and you can walk directly to the main square without walking through the official entrance of the train station. On the next morning the coordination for taking the bus up to Machu Picchu was a bit weird because we were not waiting in the queue as everyone, just the people who had an earlier ticket for Machu Picchu went to a queue and the rest of us joined them after some point. That was not communicated clearly, so it was a lot of standing around next to a super long queue without further information. On the way back there was also supposed to be a driver with my name waiting, I walked by everyone and still could not see it, I got support on telephone but the coordination could have been better. A very good point was that the agency kept my luggage during the stay as I changed hotels for before and after the trip. Thank you for the great support! Machu Picchu was also super nice as well as having had time to explore Aguas Clientes myself. The hotel was also very good, as well as the train ride. I would just recommended book it by yourself, there are also many options in Cusco to get a car ride to the trainstaion and back.
