Machu Picchu, a dream visit. - Our visit was planned well in advance, so as not to have availability problems, this company gave us the best attention from the beginning, with all the necessary information. Everything was ready and organized, the tickets to enter Machu Pichu were also organized for us. Knowing the living history of the Incas is a unique experience. I recommend booking well in advance, it sells out easily.

Machu Pichu - It was a magical experience to visit Sacred Valley and Machu Pichu. The tour operator Mr. Fredi was very welcoming and courteous, he came personally to receive us at the Cusco Airport. All his crew members were very polite and helpful. His tour guide Michael was very knowledgeable and was enlightening us with the Inca civilization's history. Overall it was a great experience and it was all because of Machu Pichu Latin America tour company. I think we picked the right tour company out of many available.

An Unforgettable Adventure in Peru. - The 4-day tour was incredible! I could not have imagined a better experience. The tour guides, Fabricio and Roman, were hands down the best I have ever had on any trip. Fabricio was exceptionally knowledgeable about Peru’s people, places, and history, so much so that the historical landmarks we visited came to life with vibrancy as his descriptions and compelling historical insight into the details made the experiences visceral and unforgettable. Machupicchu was breathtaking; the tour made it so that every experience was vivid, impactful, and had special meaning. The sacred valley and many other landmarks were in their own right equally fascinating. Roman was an impeccable driver helping us seamlessly traverse the multifaceted topography of Peru, allowing us to have both a fly-on-the-wall experience alongside a deep dive of the best that Peru has to offer. Experiencing Peru with this Tour company was by far one of the best travel decisions we could have made. It had the best aspects of a great trip, memorable experiences, fantastic company, and escapism in the form of submerging into a world so beautiful, compelling, and different from the everyday.

Seamless Machu Picchu tour! - Machu Picchu is not an easy destination, requiring flights, automobiles, trains and buses to get there. A bit intimidating to do on your own so we found Machupicchu Latin America on Trip Advisor and booked through them. Every detail was taken care of from when Fredi picked us up at the Cusco airport to when he dropped us off four days later. He even arranged for a Covid test at our hotel for the return flight! Our tour guide Michael was the best! He is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the Incan culture and history abounding in the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, but he also started pointing out plant and bird species when we said we are retired biologists. The entire tour was so enlightening and seamless thanks to Fredi and his team at Machupicchu Latin America. We highly recommend them! Five stars is not enough!

Must do in Peru - Great hassle free experience. Fredi helped to plan a 4 day itinerary for our group that took care of everything. We just had to show up. Our tour guide - Fabrizio was amazing! Very knowledgeable and eager to make sure we had a great time. You can feel his passion for his country and his desire to share it with visitors. Also, he knew just the right spots for great photos! Lets not forget our amazing driver Raman, who masterfully navigated us through tight streets and rough roads!

Amazing Peruvian Experience - If you’re headed to Peru and, you don’t want to deal with planning the trains, planes, automobiles and hotels, Fredi and his team at Machupicchu Latin America should be your next email or phone call. Fredi helped us plan an amazing trip based on our schedule and budget. Roman, our driver, got us from place to place safely and comfortably. Gary, our tour guide, was professional, punctual and incredibly knowledgeable at each location. I’ve been to over 35 countries and this trip is on the top of the list, thanks to Fredi and his team. Would definitely use this tour company again, thanks Fredi!

Trustworthy organization and wonderful people - Because of Covid 19 we needed to cancel our trip. I contacted Fredi about getting a refund but was unsure whether MLA would send us back our payments or if they would even survive what must have been many cancelled tours. I was pleasantly surprised when Fredi refunded our money. I imagine not all tour groups have done that for their customers. I very much recommend MLA and I definitely will be re-booking a trip with them in the future.

Romans of the New World - The started so much later, and they had not developed writing, but given time, we might all have been speaking Quechua! They were badly hindered by the terrain of the Andes, but that did spur a spectacular road system that is still in use 500 years later. Their water supply and drainage systems were equally as good as anything that the Romans developed. They performed experimental agricultural research (one of their main ag stations has been discovered) and they developed plants for the mountain-side microclimates they found and developed. There is no "THE" Inca trail, but thousands of them. The one that we, and others, hike simply leads over the continental divide, passes many important ruins, and ends win Machu Picchu. The stonework of Machu Picchu is a glorious as you've heard. The location is as spectacular as you've imagined. You can hike the trail in 3-5-day trips: we recommend more rather than fewer days. Why rush by all of this beauty? Without writing, we haven't an idea of what the city might have been called, but it was never lost: people lived there, farmed there, when Hiram Bingham arrived. As more of the jungle is pushed back, the scale of the city is becoming apparent. For a civilization that existed intact from 1438 AD (Pachacuti, the Inca, created the empire, although there were precursor civilizations) to 1532 (Pizzaro and the rapacious Spaniards arrive), they accomplished quite a bit. People travel from all over the world to see this city, and it's little wonder why it captivates everyone.
