Aguas Calientes - The short tour to Machu Picchu begins with a 4 am pick-up from your hotel to take the train from Ollantaytambo. The train follows the trail of the Urubamba River until reaching Km 104, where we will begin our walk. Then we will leave to visit our first Inca site. We will then begin walking as we head towards the Classic Inca Trail. We will have tremendous views of Machu Picchu, the Urubamba River and other surrounding Inca sites. After walking for three hours, we will arrive at the most beautiful Inca site on the Inca Trail, Wiñay Wayna. Few people have the opportunity to see these elaborate water fountains, temples and agricultural terraces. Here you can enjoy box lunch. From Wiñay Wayna, we will walk to Puerta del Sol. This is where we will see the picturesque landscape of the famous Machu Picchu. After enjoying the once-in-a-lifetime views, we will begin our descent to Machu Picchu and take a bus to Aguas Calientes.

Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu - Start the day with a good breakfast at the hotel.
At the time indicated by the guide, we will pick you up at your hotel to go to the bus departure point to head to the Citadel of Machu Picchu. Once in Machu Picchu, we will meet with the group to start the guided tour. After the tour, we will return by bus to Aguas Calientes where we will have free time to have lunch. We recommend enjoying one of the most medicinal thermal baths in Peru during your free time. The establishment offers towels and bath linens for sale or rent.
2.PM We board the train bound for Ollantaytambo or Poroy.
Upon arrival we will wait for you at the Ollantaytambo or Poroy train station for transfer to your hotel.
