Highly recommended! - We had such an amazing time with Roberto. He communicated everything with us, and even came to our hotel to check with us when we were having problems with cell phone communications. He was very knowledgeable about everything. He guided us through all the best photo opportunities. He had old photos to help us learn the history of what we were seeing. He knew about architectural things we would have never noticed ourselves. We learned so much and he was so helpful. He did a great job and we would recommend him to anyone. Even recommended the best restaurant afterwards and it was some of the best food we had during our visit. Overall a wonderful person and very knowledgeable and thoughtful guide. We felt like we made a friend!

A very special morning - Had a wonderful tour of Machu Picchu with Filio. He was patient, answered all of our questions and took tons of pictures for us. But most important, his passion for Inka culture and history was clear and infectious. Made the trip to that amazing place even more special.

Beautiful day at Machu Picchu - Had Adrian as a guide. Very knowledgeable. My Spanish is limited so I greatly appreciated that he was bilingual and I could ask all my questions easily. The hike has stairs but is not too intense. Basic fitness level would be fine. The ruins themselves were amazing. So glad I took this trip and saw this in person. When buying your entry tickets, I recommend doing the upper Machu Picchu. It’s not very clear with the differences when you are purchasing those. Thankfully, my guy was able to give me the suggestion. Bring sunblock, bug spray, and rain gear. Be prepared for anything. We got very lucky and only had a sprinkle towards the end but I’ve been up here for a couple days and there’s definitely times where it is pouring down rain. I’m here in January.

Informative and Fun! - Adrian was a fantastic guide! He knows a lot about the history and shared his knowledge in a way that was interesting to kids and adults. It rained when we were there and I appreciated that Adrian didn't try to rush us through the tour - he made sure we didn't miss anything. Highly recommend.

Great tour of Macchu Picchu with Sara!! - Sara greeted us at our hotel and was very welcoming. After, she guided us to the appropriate line for buses to Macchu Picchu and we arrived at the site shortly thereafter. Sara did g a great job explaining not only about Macchu Picchu but also providing us a wonderful tour. Her energy, level of appropriate detail and enthusiasm is what every guide should bring to her/his profession. After the tour, she made certain that we returned to Aguas Calientes efficiently. We would go on a tour with Sara as our guide anytime!

Thank you, Gregory - Our tour with Gregory and TreXperience was amazing. We had great communication with TreXperience from the time of booking. Gregory was not only very knowledgeable, revealing the secrets of Machu Picchu and answering a ton of questions, but he was also very considerate of my dad who had hurt his leg and was walking slowly. When he picked us up from the hotel and saw that we didn't walk as fast, he rushed to get ahead of us and get in line for the bus to Machu Picchu. He also looked out for spots where my dad could sit and rest. When we were heading toward the Machu Picchu exit, he told us in Quechua how to say "We'll be back" and we shared a group hug and a group photo - it was so moving. Machu Picchu was a dream come true for all of us, but our tour made it even better than we had imagined. Thank you Gregory and thank you TreXperience.
