Not a reliable operator - The Taxi did not communicated their Details like Driver Name and Mobile to be able to connect with him at Penang on 26th March. We tried to contact on the number +60376616262 Viator Global Support, Mula Car Interrnational but there was no response. I had sent several chat message informing my locations as well asking their contact /whats app number but all invain. Had to waste valuable time and paid higher price for booking another Taxi at Penang Port to go around.
