- Guests should be aware that the Outer Reef Snorkel Adventure is designed for snorkelling. For travellers who cannot swim, the skipper reserves the right to, and may refuse snorkelling in the open water due to safety reasons. We do have an alternative tour, Thundercat, experience Whitsunday Island and Whitehaven Beach along with 2 snorkels near to Hook Island which is suitable for those less confident in the water.
- In the event of inclement weather where it is deemed unsafe to travel to the outer reef, rest assured that we’ll still deliver an exceptional experience by taking you to the inner reef within the picturesque Whitsunday Islands.

Fabulous day out - Well what can I say what a fantastic experience the captain and crew couldn’t have been more helpful, I went into the sea but not well enough to snorkel, so sunbathe on top deck and the captain talked us through all about the coral reef 🪸 lunch was yummy free water , cans for sale at $3 can’t recommend enough you will have a fabulous day out paid $249 fabulous crew

Outer reef snorkle - Well what can I say FAB U LOUS staff lovely food good stop off at Hayman island to pick up a few more then onto the Outer reef. Don't not miss this trip

Simply The Best!!!! - Firstly, the crew were absolutely super chill, heaps of fun, very easy to engage with making the whole experience that more memorable. Thoroughly enjoyed the all-inclusive experience. Highly recommend this tour to anyone thinking about doing it - actually don't think just "DO" The snorkelling at the Reef was incredible, the underwater world of the reef was STUNNING!!!! I didn't want to leave. The lunch and snacks were yummy and the music was cool too, just what you needed to get you in the mood to enjoy the ride on the Cat. Would definitely do it again when back in Mackay.

Rhys and Kurt absolute stand out hosts on our awesome day out! - We have just returned from the Outer Reef snorkel tour. We were picked up from Hayman Island on their way from Airlie Beach. The entire day was a 5 star experience from beginning to end. Rhys, Kurt, Nat and Jamie went out of their way to make sure we had the best time. Safety was their top priority and every step of the way everything was explained clearly with options for languages other than English. We did 3 snorkels and all were managed with professionalism and fun. The food as delicious with salads galore and brownies and fruit offered for morning and afternoon tea. The customer service offered by this team was exceptional. I hope their manager sees this - you have some great employees on your hand. Special mention to the highly personable and fun Rhys and Kurt. Well done guys 🙌🏻

A nice day of snorkeling! - Great time. Boat provides a very smooth ride out to the two locations we snorkeled at. The ride out is 2 hours. Enjoyed that there were only around 35 people in our group. Did not seem real crowded. The Captain and staff were amazing. They were very friendly and helped make the trip enjoyable. Snorkeling was good. Food was good and filling. I would recommend this trip if you enjoy snorkeling.

Awesome day with Red Cat Adventures - Great experience today with Red Cat Adventures going out to Hill Inlet, Whitehaven Beach then a couple of magical snorkeling spots. Our skippers for the day Dave and Jazz were unreal and made us all feel welcome and very professional. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a fun filled day out of Airlie.

Great experience - Had a great experience - our guides were Kurt and Allie and they were friendly and helpful. You get good vibes, great food and all the equipment needed for snorkling. If you only do one thing in Airlie it should be this.

Awesome tour & worth the money - Whole day was perfect. Jaz and Craig were awesome, super friendly and well knowledged. Would recommend for everyone to experience it at least once in their life. Was a day to remember!!

Great day in the reef - Excellent day on the reef. We have been to the reef several times and this was our best experience. Skipper Craig and crew Jaz and Elena were fantastic.
