Whitsunday Segway. - Zak was professional and well knowledgeable guide. His communication was great and made the trip fun. Segways were fun to ride.

Segway rainforest tour - We had a fantastic tour with Zak, he is very patient and informative. Loved the stop off at the creek at the half way point where we could dip our toes in the cool water while having a coffee and a snack.

Segway Headspace! - I will start by saying our lovely guide Zac could not have been more welcoming. I felt sorry for Zac who was all about the happy vibe, but I think the heat was getting to everyone and the van was very quiet. My girls were tired, I was feeling under the weather.
As for the adventure itself… we had a quick lesson from Zac, which was ample, the Segway pretty much does all the work. If you have a touch of adventure and have had experience on a bike you will be just fine.
I wouldn’t recommend this for pregnant women, or the elderly as there is still the possibility of an incident. Lots of rocks to look out for.
One lady in our group came off and it ran away from her. She almost face planted but managed to remain upright. The Segway way wrapped in vines. She was however the least confident of the group.
It was a good amount of time in a beautiful environment and considerably cooler than down the hill. It did seem a bit pricey, I felt perhaps a few little additions could help soften the blow, for example, an esky of cold water and soft drink cans to choose from at the end of a hot ride. Even a cute memento of your Segway experience. Kids would love that. However, each member of the group had their own little lunch pack, which was a nice touch, and Zac made a mean tea/ coffee.

Scenic, Curiosity and relaxing - I had a really good experience on the Segway tour of the Rainforest near Airlie beach.
We began by being picked up by bus at selected locations. From there we were taken to the rainforest. Zac, our instructor with ten years of experience, trained us how to safely operate the Segway's.
We Segwayed our way through the rainforest. Our instructor pointed out the notable points of interest on our tour. We saw the famous poisonous plants, a monitor lizard and some other eye worthy trees/plants.
We were treated to a delicious morning tea of a muffin, brownie, apple, mixed nuts and served tea with the option of a coffee also.
It was really a great experience and I highly recommend others to see the rainforest by Segway near Airlie beach.

A must do tour - Awesome tour with initial training by Zac (our guide) on how to safely ride a Segway, no previous experience needed. A morning tea is provided at the half stop by a creek and even though we were there in the dry season the creek was still trickling. Highly recommend this rainforest segway tour.

Just Do This! - My husband and I booked this tour on a whim because we thought it looked fun. Boy were we wrong! It was not fun it was an ABSOLUTE BLAST! The group was small enough to be really personal. Zak was our guide and he was phenomenal!
His knowledge of the Conway National forest and the Arlie Beach itself was unparalleled. He shared his local knowledge and the history of the Island & where things are. He was so patient as we each learned to ride the segways. I was pleasantly surprised to find how sturdy and stable they are. He immediately made us feel very comfortable. We took a 4.7 km ride Into the forest benefited greatly from his knowledge. He had a refrigerated box for each of us with brownie and a muffin, apple, and some trail mix and cold bottled water which was greatly appreciated in a hot Rainforest). It was such a touch. We had so - - - much - - - fun and I can't recommend record Zak and this tour enough.

So much fun! - An incredible day in the rainforest. The Segway was so much fun and very easy to ride. Zac gave great instructions. Snack was great as I relaxed with my toes in the water! Highly recommend this fabulous tour.
