The Best! Exemplary service, punctual, helpful and caring - We were a family of 10 (3 generations) returning from a wonderful week of sailing the Whitsunday islands. Firstly Airlie Beach Transfers and Tours were very easy to deal with, and secondly they were so obliging, allowing us to change our pick-up time at relatively short notice, so that we could enjoy a lunch together before going to the airport. For the transfer, we had booked two vehicles as our family had two slightly different flight times, but as the first group was loading gear into the van, one of the kids had a fall nearby, gashing open his cheek on the edge of a park bench! Our driver was very calm and patient as we first tried to call an ambulance, then get some ice and towel for the blood etc. Then the driver offered that she could take everyone in the one vehicle, (a 11 seater van as it turned out) dropping the family with the injured child at the hospital on the way (yes, he needed a few stitches) and still get the rest of us to our flight. On the way she contacted her husband at the airport office to ask him to go to the airline checkin desk to alert them about our emergency so that they could hold the baggage drop open for us (she gave our surnames so they'd be expecting us). Even after we were checked through at the airport, the driver came back to see if we needed any further assistance regarding the family left at the Proserpine hospital, advising that there might not be taxis available after the last flight. I can only say, what a wonderful help they were from start to finish and we were so grateful to have such a wonderful, kind and caring driver along with her backup team.

Transfer ordered and... - Transfer ordered and notified pick up address from Hotel. My request remain unreplied, although reminded. Need to call to know the pick up Place. Thai hey i have to rate very poor Customer Support.

Not up to standard - Don’t book with this company if you have a late flight as they will just call you the day of your flight and tell you that they won’t be servicing you due to “low numbers”.

Not reliable - Unfortunately seeking a refund from Viator as this trip did not happen. I received no contact from the operator when booking to provide a time and pick up location for our shuttle to the airport and we had to make alternative arrangements.

Unreliable - Rang to confirm return pick up a couple of days before departure, and found their office staff very rude and abrupt. They sent a text late afternoon before our departure to say their bus had mechanical issues, and they couldn’t return us to the airport the following morning. Gave us a refund of $42 but cost us $100 to get to airport by taxi. After looking at past negative reviews, this seems to be a recurring thing.

7pm flight on a Sunday PPP to MCY, how to miss it and be left in the dust. Your booking is NOT confirmed. - When these people fail to pick you up at your reserved time and place, they will tell you that it was all your fault and that "you have a problem, I don't have a problem" then hang up on you. You'll be left wondering why 2 phone calls wasn't enough to confirm your pickup, and how the hell you're going to make it on time. USE AT OWN RISK. Incompetent and dishonest. Your booking is NOT confirmed until you have spoken to two people in the company, or is it three?

No one picked me up and got no information on my pick up - I wanted to book a shuttle from Airlie Beach to Proserpine airport but they did not send me any pickup details and did not respond. Still didn‘t get my money back. Do not recommend!!

Rude customer service - We had booked an 8:05 AM shuttle from Airlie beach to Prosperine airport and the meeting point was a bit confusing (it was pinned at a round about). I decided to contact the tour operator the night before to confirm the pick up location. I didn’t hear back until the next morning via text and the woman who was responded was incredibly rude. She told me that she didn’t have a booking for me (despite me sharing screenshots of our confirmation and booking reference). She seemed extremely aggravated and called. I couldn’t answer so I returned her call and she informed me that they didn’t have an 8:05 AM shuttle (though that is what we booked) and that we would have to take a 10 AM shuttle. I tried to ask a question and she cut me off. Once we hung up, I asked if she could send me a confirmation for the 10 AM shuttle and she said she still didn’t have a booking from viator. After a while I received a message via her from viator saying that my 10 AM shuttle was confirmed, but this created a lot of anxiety before our flight. However the driver was punctual, incredibly sweet and informative on the ride. The poor review is strictly based on the woman handling customer service from the number provided on viator. Also if they did not have an 8:05 AM shuttle, it should not have been an option on viator.
